I had a very comfortable stay at GCC hotel ***** with family. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Location is good and on main road. Hotel cleanliness is better than all nearby hotels. Food is also amazing as it's the same Shikara Hotel staff.

Pros: 1. Location is next to train and bus stop. 2. Neat and clean 3. Staff friendly 4. Restaurant downstairs Cons: 1. Limited parking I recommend stay in this hotel.

Rooms had a weird smell plus no ventilation at all, no windows. Also it was hard to find the hotel as there is no sign or boards to guide. Only good thing was the proximity to dy patil and turbhe station.

Average, lack of prompt service, old interiors, smell in the room, bathroom unclean, food is not good, no ambience, breakfast and dinner has no variety only two to three items found in buffet

Location, food and amenities is very good. Service was not up to mark after me giving up the first review, and after the gm taking the step, everything was very fine and better, but this has to be taken care at the first concern itself, not after reporting to the senior

Dining at the hotel was a pleasant experience, with a variety of options available at the in-house restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of both local and international dishes, providing a great start to the day. The hotel’s location is another advantage, with easy access to key business areas and transportation links in Navi Mumbai. Additionally, the amenities such as the business center and meeting rooms were well-equipped and served my professional needs effectively. Overall, Hotel Monarch is a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking a reliable and comfortable stay in Navi Mumbai. I would definitely recommend it for its excellent service and convenient location.

The hotel is located at good Area, on Palm Beach road. Rooms are located on higher floors , 26,27& 28th Floor. Though the room was clean, the room did not match the pictures shown online. In executive room, pictures shown has is a huge curtain in the room giving an impression of panoramic window behind the curtain, but in actual there is just a wall and a small window with hardly any view instead mess lying outside window. The management should clearly mention that the room doesn’t come with a view. Only delux room comes with actual view.
