Amazing
JJessieca Marie TolentinoI booked for Family Deluxe Room with Kitchenette but what I received is just a Family Room with 3 beds without partitions which is way different what I have selected online. The manager asked to upgrade the room but with additional fee. We’re on a budget and could not afford to do that. I immediately asked assistance from Trip.com because the voucher I’ve received is no kitchenette and it’s inconvenient because instead of us can cook to save we need to buy pricey meals in White beach. Lucky, Howard offered us to compensate regarding the inconvenience because it stressed me out. Thanks to him.
GGuest UserSpotless rooms, obviously recently modernised - smelled clean if that’s possible. Bed comfy sheets and towels clean. Complaints - no kettle in room but available in well equipped shared kitchen..but no one wants to go and get hot water for morning coffee. Next we were in room 301 right next to the kitchen and some selfish westerns decided to have a loud conversation in the kitchen at midnight. Other than that I’d go back because of its cleanliness but not to room 301.
AAlexey M.Very cozy place, small but comfortable hotel with nice swimming pool, clean rooms and nice view (first line on the sea).
Albeit you must know that despite the title Sabang beach you won't find any beaches here or somewhere around - just a waterfront made from rocks. If you looking for the place where you can lay on the sand and then enjoy swimming its not a place for you its a place for divers who using boats that departure from the waterfront all times.
If you don't want to swim in the sea then you may consider this hotel. Lots of ants and poor soundproofing but in any other aspects its worth the money!
MMateja BokanThis is a very cute place to stay! The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the stay overall was enjoyable. The room was generally clean, with some details overlooked (like previous guest's receipt on the floor and a few other papers around the room, one of the towels was a bit dirty). The hotel only provides a toothbrush and a toothpaste (and shampoo and shower gel in the shower), but I found the lack of a bar of soap disappointing. The location is great, the hotel is right at the beach, and easily accessible. The hotel cafe is adorable, serves good food, and the staff is friendly and polite. As for the provided breakfast, I could choose from the breakfast menu at the cafe, and coffee was served directly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this adorable hotel to anyone visiting, it's charming and worth staying in!
EEdNice hotel. I think kids like it the most it's look like a real castle. It's clean has a pool and the food in the restaurant is ok. Staff very friendly we been there 2 times. Owner is a bit strange the folty towers feeling is there to. In a positive way. Great place I recommend.
TTadej SarjasThe hotel is average. In the booking they said it has a hair dryer which they didn’t have. Even went to ask to the receptionist. The bathroom was so so, the sink water was on a sensor which didn’t work properly, was annoying when I had to shave, even brushing teeth was abit difficult. The toilet cover also kept closing and I when I told the receptionist they sended a guy and he taped it which didn’t hold for too long. We were 2 and they only gave one shampoo and bath gel. 🤷♂️They not had a kettle or any other “normal” appliances you see in a 3-star hotel. But the bed was comfy, the receptionist was nice and its direct on the beach…
SSteven ReginaldIt’s not a 5 star boutique but what it is- is amazing. Location right on the beach. Good food, beer cold and cheap, people remembered us, room secure with cold ac and a fridge. Got a free upgrade to a bungalow. Will 100% come back again. Photos are just outside the resort mostly. There was a typhoon off the coast for a couple days but that didn’t affect diving. Diver’s paradise!
GGuest UserThis is my third time staying at this hotel. And sadly, it just doesn’t get any better. And they even did a remodel since I was here last. Sad, old hotel that is unfortunately the best that Calapan has to offer. The rooms are clean, the pool is good and the staff very nice, but that’s about all I can say to the positive. No hot water, little in the way of amenities and the breakfast included with the room is just pathetic. All of this and reasonably expensive by Phillipines standards. I had just come from the Lalaguna Villas in Puerto Galera, so the contrasts were extreme. I am currently at the Manila Hotel, so again the contrasts are extreme. There are few options for a hotel in Calapan, they host many weddings and local events. But seriously, someone should open a decent hotel in a capital city of 140,000.
JJoshuaI wanted to express my gratitude for the outstanding experience during our recent visit. Ate Girly, the receptionist, was incredibly accommodating and kind, ensuring that all our needs were met. Her brother, who offers land tours, also impressed us with his great and pleasing personality, along with offering competitive prices.
Ate Girly went above and beyond by answering all our inquiries and providing valuable suggestions to ensure our tour and stay were worthwhile. Additionally, they assisted us with transportation from the hotel to the port, which was greatly appreciated.
Thank you for making our experience memorable.
