We stayed here or 4 nights during our Disneyland and Disney California Adventure trip, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The reception staff were consistently helpful, insightful, and clearly experts in what they do, you can tell they take pride in their work. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained. A complimentary breakfast is provided daily. While the breakfast wasn’t quite to my personal taste, I recognize that’s a matter of preference. Our room was fully equipped with a microwave, mini refrigerator, and even a bathtub. The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly together, and we enjoyed a lovely view of the city. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and this is easily one of the best. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit.

Good location on main avenue within walking distance to convention centre and Disneyland park. Room are huge and have comfortable bed. Wifi is very bad in and around the hotel.

Angel Stadium is within walking distance, making it very convenient for watching games. There are also McDonald's, sandwich shops, Denny's, hamburger shops, chicken shops, Starbucks, and convenience stores (ampm) nearby. Breakfast included cereal, muffins, bagels, English muffins, yogurt, oranges, apples, and bananas. It was also great that the room had a kitchen and a large refrigerator. There was a microwave, oven, electric stove, coffee maker, and pop-up toaster. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are always available in the lobby. There is also a laundry room, so you can wash your clothes anytime. It was $4 each time. ($8 for washing and drying) Room cleaning must be requested 24 hours in advance.

Hello we arrived earlier than our time and Alexa was very thoughtful and helpful! Our ac unit was not working and we were moved to a bigger room without any extra charges and the ac unit worked well and kept us cool which was a relief because the weather was in the 100s which is very unusual. The complaint I have is the hotel is a bit run down and one of the guest was smoking pot because you could smell it throughout the hallway. I would possibly stay at portofino again but it really needs a renovation staff is very friendly and helpful no complaint with staff!

I took my family for a short trip we found this hotel in the last minute gladly they were able to have rooms. The room was amazing it had a living room and room with the two queen beds a little kitchen the breakfast amazing .
