Great
GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience, especially considering the resort has only been open for two months. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends. Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind. Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite. Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax. Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort. Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!
Staff very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the establishment was extreme. The breakfast was very good also. Would recommend to stay here. Location was great for theme parks.

Very Good
GGuest UserI stayed at WorldMark Orlando - Kingstown Reef for 4 nights (March 4–8), and overall it was a great value for the price. The room was very spacious, and having both a washer and dryer in the unit was extremely convenient. The stay itself was very comfortable, and the location was great—only about a 15-minute drive to Disney. The property also has nice amenities like a golf course, outdoor pool, and gym. The staff were friendly and provided good service during our stay. However, there was one downside that significantly affected the experience. Starting from the day we checked in, the hotel repeatedly tried to get us to attend a “short” presentation. They initially said it would only take 10–20 minutes and asked for an $80 refundable deposit. But when we followed up, it turned out to be a 90-minute session. Since we already had travel plans, we declined, and the $80 refund was processed smoothly. That said, the constant follow-up was quite frustrating. We received one call every day during our 4-night stay reminding us to attend the presentation. Even after we left, they called again about 10 days later asking why we didn’t participate. It started to feel a bit overwhelming and hard to avoid. While the hotel itself is a good deal, just be aware of this if you’re considering staying here.

Very Good
Fantastic hotel and wonderful staff. Shuttles to park were frequent. Room was lovely and had everything you could need in a great location. For transparency - we paid for parking per night we were there which is a little expensive given you have already paid for a room BUT you can use their free park transportation system which saves you on theme park parking costs which are more than the hotel charges
JJiantangGood location. It's in between Disney and Universal so it's good for travellers who are going to both aforementioned attractions. It even has shuttle bus service!
