Was really surprised with the area. It was in a really nice location there is a market place 10 minutes away with so much to do it was really clean, the room almost looked like it had never been used as some appliances still had wrapping on them. Would choose this hotel again. Checkin was fast, employee even showed us the best way to get to our concert venue and reminded us about the free breakfast.

The front desk staff is good, the hotel has an airport pick-up and drop-off service, the breakfast is full with three fruits, the room is independent and the air conditioning is good, and the parking lot is in a lot of location.

LIHUAI booked the hotel for my husband. After paying by Ctrip, I said that I could check in with my passport when I arrived. But when I arrived at the front desk, I said that I didn’t have this order, and I charged US$114.64. So far, there is no refund.

It's within walking distance of the nearest station, and there's a Whole Foods, shops, and a bus stop nearby, so it's very convenient and I'd definitely come back!

The air conditioner is noisy. The bed quality is old. Everything else is good. The room is clean and spacious. Parking is free. Breakfast is simple. Good value for money. Recommended to stay.

Lori HagenRoom was not as clean as it could have been. There were two big splotches of ketchup on the carpet. The door know on the bathroom door fall off in your hand. Lastly, you guys need to update your toilets. They are made for two year Olds. They are so low to the ground it is extremely difficult if you have any back, knee or leg pain issues or if you are over three feet tall.. They are just abnormally low to the ground
