Outlook not promising but room size is good, bed is good., and clean room. Water pressure good. Only thing really annoying, smoking permitted everywhere, once you open the door lift, people sitting there smoking despite is a indoor non ventilated area, so smoke all the way to your room. Attention should be paid to this as we requested non smoking floor, non smoking room, away frok smoking. Staff is ok, just you wont feel the sincerity of service. Its just std sop. Laundry room is a plus as we travelling more than 20days, so we have been washing almost all the stop at hotel. Smart toilet is partial smart again, without bidet wash... Lol

The staff were very kind and helpful, although they didn’t speak much English. The rooms and the whole structure were beautiful and very clean. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The stay was wonderful! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and smiling. The afternoon tea and breakfast buffet were delicious, with a wide variety of options. The welcome tea upon arrival was a thoughtful touch. The housekeeping staff were excellent, proactively greeting us and providing attentive service. It made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely come again!

Good quality business hotel. Stayed in a premium room on the 10th floor with a lot of space and a great view. Shower had low water pressure and heat. Bathroom floor had spots all over it, appearing like it hadn't been cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed daily. As a traveller from Australia, I would have appreciated black instant coffee sachets in the room, like Nescafe. The only coffee available in the hotel was a premixed coffee/creamer/sugar powder which was not to my taste. There is a good bakery nearby that serves decent espresso coffee. The daily fruit and milk was greatly appreciated! The hotel was generally very well decorated and felt quite premium.

We received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks. The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage. Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda. Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

If you want to go to the grassland, don't hesitate to go to this place. The staff is very considerate and the scenic area is reasonably arranged. The food is very delicious. The RV accommodation experience is great. You can lie on the bed and watch the stars at night. The children's play area is very large, both indoors and outdoors. You can also experience Mongolian specialties, horseback riding, archery, and a bonfire party at night. The barbecue and fireworks are also given. The fireworks on the grassland at night are particularly beautiful. This grassland trip 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

The hotel environment is very good, especially the welcoming staff and waiters on duty last night were warm and generous, which impressed me deeply. 2. Suggestion: The toilet in room 6205 leaks continuously, the door handle on the right side of the wardrobe is hung, and the screw below is loose, so that the engineering department master can repair it best. Next time I come to Baotou, I will stay at the hotel. Thank you 😊

A nice hotel! A simple spread of cakes and biscuits provided for teatime, and a bowl of noodles for supper👏👏👏👏Was upgraded to a bigger room when we checked in! Everything was good except water seeps through the glass door when taking a bath thus making the outside area wet! Floor mat is also not provided!

A really interesting option for outdoors enthusiasts. We visited in May, before the grasslands turn green, but we were impressed with the scenery and found it to be a great place for hiking or other activities. Huddling around the nighttime bonfire felt nice on a cool night and was a good way to connect with other guests. Facilities were sleek and modern. Some guests may find the bathrooms lacking in privacy, as the doors did not extend to the ceiling.

I spent several days at your hotel and was deeply impressed by the warm, attentive service of your staff, especially Ms. Li, the housekeeper on the 15th floor. Her dedication and attentive service truly made me feel at home. The restaurant on the second floor also has a wonderful atmosphere and unique dishes, making it perfect for group dining. I will definitely visit your hotel again.
