GGuest UserOutlook not promising but room size is good, bed is good., and clean room. Water pressure good.
Only thing really annoying, smoking permitted everywhere, once you open the door lift, people sitting there smoking despite is a indoor non ventilated area, so smoke all the way to your room. Attention should be paid to this as we requested non smoking floor, non smoking room, away frok smoking.
Staff is ok, just you wont feel the sincerity of service. Its just std sop.
Laundry room is a plus as we travelling more than 20days, so we have been washing almost all the stop at hotel.
Smart toilet is partial smart again, without bidet wash... Lol

The afternoon tea and breakfast buffet were delicious, with a wide variety of options. The welcome tea upon arrival was a thoughtful touch. The housekeeping staff were excellent, proactively greeting us and providing attentive service. It made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely come again!

Stayed in a premium room on the 10th floor with a lot of space and a great view.
Shower had low water pressure and heat. Bathroom floor had spots all over it, appearing like it hadn't been cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed daily.
As a traveller from Australia, I would have appreciated black instant coffee sachets in the room, like Nescafe. The only coffee available in the hotel was a premixed coffee/creamer/sugar powder which was not to my taste. There is a good bakery nearby that serves decent espresso coffee.
The daily fruit and milk was greatly appreciated!
The hotel was generally very well decorated and felt quite premium.

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying in a motorhome, and it was beyond my expectations. The Starry Sky Motorhome was very bright and spacious, and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. We watched a yurt performance here, and the children rode a small train and played go-karts. The bonfire party was very exciting, and we all danced together. The next day, we also watched lambs in the pastoral area and drank Mongolian milk tea. I would like to mention that the housekeeper, Miss Li Jiamin, was very warm and considerate in her service, and the children liked her very much.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very good, especially the welcoming staff and waiters on duty last night were warm and generous, which impressed me deeply.
2. Suggestion: The toilet in room 6205 leaks continuously, the door handle on the right side of the wardrobe is hung, and the screw below is loose, so that the engineering department master can repair it best.
Next time I come to Baotou, I will stay at the hotel.

DDorothy CheongWe received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks.
The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage.
Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda.
Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe room itself is OK, and the hotel standard seems to be relatively high. At first I thought it was at the top of the mountain, but it turned out to be at the foot of the mountain. The hotel provided tickets, and you need to take the room card to the ticket office to exchange for tickets. After exchanging the tickets, you need to come back to check out the card, which is a bit inhumane. The small bottle of shampoo in the room was empty when I entered. I guess it was not replaced after the previous guest stayed. The front desk clerk was very slow and not people-oriented. We, a group of elderly and children, were allocated four rooms, but we were placed in the innermost part of the hotel, in a super long corridor, with six turns in total. If the other rooms were already full, there would be nothing to say. The key point is that we went there on a weekday, and there were not many tourists in total. There were only four or five tables of guests at most in the restaurant in the morning. A hotel with such good environment and facilities should improve its service quality and efficiency

GGuest UserWe came to travel, Baotou's urban construction is very good, Steel Street is also very beautiful, the hotel is a landmark building in Qingshan, the service here is really good, the front desk lady helped us get the things we couldn't take upstairs, and also gave us 10 bottles of water, the environment is also good, clean, we can come often in the future
