It was my first time staying in this hotel. The environment was very good, the facilities and equipment were very new, and the MSS at the front desk checked me in very quickly. The hotel's buffet breakfast was on the 4th floor, and there was also a self-service laundry room and gym on the 4th floor. There was also a separate underground parking lot inside the hotel, and no license plate entry was required, which was rare in other hotels. Parking and exit were super convenient. There was also a delicious late-night snack shop opposite at night, which was open until very late, and was very friendly to people who stayed up late.

Starry hotel design was very artsy and unique. The rooms were well equipped and functional. We had the first good coffee in ages at the breakfast. There was washers and dryers but didnt use and not sure if need to pay or free. Overall, a very one day stopover stay at Changde. We had really good & peaceful rest.

The room was quite spacious, and the king-size bed was just the right firmness, making for a very relaxing sleep. The room had good natural light, and it was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in any nooks or crannies. The bathroom was odor-free, the hot water came quickly, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The soundproofing was decent; I barely heard any outside noise, so I slept soundly at night. The air conditioning and lights all worked perfectly. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The hotel environment is clean, and its location is convenient, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure. For the price, it offers great value for money. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time and recommend it to my friends.

It was too late to pass by Zhangjiajie and stayed for one night. The hotel environment is good, the mattress is very comfortable, the 2 1.35 meters beds with children are more spacious to sleep, his house also has a banquet hall, the breakfast is rich, the taste is very good, the next door is the high-speed rail station, because there are not many trains, it is quieter, Next to the charging station, charging is more convenient, there is a barbecue restaurant opposite the taste is good, affordable, overall it is very recommended.

Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.
