"The hotel is situated in a residential area, so it was relatively quiet. It's also conveniently located not too far from Hejie Street. I received a room upgrade using my Ctrip points, though the front desk didn't inform me of this proactively. Upon entering the room, there was a faint, noticeable smell. Fortunately, they offered late-night snacks, which was ideal as I hadn't eaten dinner."

"This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. It is so relaxing to overlook the city night view at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. What I remember most is the service. When I needed a sewing kit during the stay, the staff delivered it to the room in less than 5 minutes. When I checked out, Phoebe took the initiative to ask for help calling a taxi, which was very considerate! The whole experience was comfortable and worry-free, and I have recommended it to my friends."

"My friend and I were traveling by car. As soon as we parked, the hotel security helped us carry our luggage into the lobby. The waiter's greeting was really heartwarming! Tea was also brought immediately. The service was really good! The room was also upgraded. When we entered the room, the room facilities were complete and clean! There were two washbasins, and what was touching was that there were also desserts for free! The breakfast was also rich and the environment was good. "I was extremely satisfied with the Orange Crystal Hotel during my trip to Changde. The lobby was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and bright, instantly putting me at ease. The most pleasant surprise was the self-service tea station, where I could enjoy drinks anytime – a thoughtful touch. The staff member, Xiao Le, was very attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing. I was truly delighted with my stay! I stayed at Ji Hotel while visiting family, and I was impressed by everything. The hotel was so clean, the design was modern yet with a traditional touch, the hotel staff was very friendly and always smiling and made sure all of our needs were met, and the cleaning lady was so nice and always made sure we had lots of water in the room. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of local flavors and the best coffee we had in China. The view from the hotel is amazing and we sometimes just hangout in the room to enjoy the view. We had such a good stay and will definitely be back!

I highly recommend this hotel. We even get to play the hot springs as well. I love how it includes the grow spring ticket as well as the buffet breakfast. My baby girl enjoyed the hot spring as well. This is also my first time to try a hot spring! This hotel will leave a lasting impression. We will always gladly comeback here. My husband also enjoyed the hotel service and the hot spring tried the gym, I love how the hotel has a lot of functions and many activities to choose from. 😍😍😍
