Find 4-Star Hotels in Dortmund

We felt really comfortable; everyone was super nice, from the concierge to the service staff and reception. It was about a 5-8 minute walk from the main train station and easy to find. The breakfast was delicious; they kept refilling it, even right before closing time. The hotel's dog, Flora, did the best job :-) The room was very nice and clean!!! Beautiful courtyard and delicious gins at the bar. This is now our favorite hotel in Dortmund. We highly recommend it.

Really nice hotel right next to Dortmund Hbf. Lovely room but I found it poor lighting near the sofa. I found the beds really comfy to say it was a single and the best part they have long duvets which I found amazing in keeping you warm. Has a mini bar but there is no kettle. There is a safe in the room and the bathroom can be accessed via 2-ways. The breakfast is amazing and to a very high standard. All the hotel staff are lovely and helpful. I never used the attached restaurant so cant make a comment. I would totally stay there again.

We were travelling to the BVB game. The location of the hotel is perfect! You will come to the Iduna Park signal in just 30 minutes walk.  Our rooms were beautiful and comfortable with view of the stadium. All was clean and ordened. Only a little more deposit facilities in the bathroom would be great.  All staff were very friendly. After the game we had something to eat in the hotel. It is definitely recommended. A small but fine selection of dishes that also fitted with the price-performance ratio. Breakfast was delicious.  Once we come back to Dortmund, we will definitely stay back in the courtyard.

The room is good. The car parked directly at the door, very convenient and safe.

While the weather is poor, the room doesn't even have a few lights... The facilities are very poor, not four stars

Everything was great except the fact that you are supposed to tell 2 days ahead of your arrival that you will check-in. That's unusual when you booked your hotel in advance. Eventually I could reach them a day before my arrival and it was no problem to check-in ahead of time for an ”early-check in” fee.

Overall, the service staff is still very enthusiastic, but there will always be a general accommodation feeling, next time I will basically not consider living here. The price is also very poor, breakfast and dinner are very expensive. 1) First of all, the room facilities are very simple, old, the furniture is very simple, the shower conditions are very poor, the room is small, and the living is very depressed. 2) The hotel has no elevator, very old stairs, two large boxes are moving, I suspect life. The carpet is dirty, and the corridor needs to be manually turned on the lights. I feel very backward. 3) The location is also very remote, in a bunch of residential areas, I need to walk out to find supermarket restaurants 4) Poor price/performance ratio. A breakfast 19.5 euros, dinner 4 of us spent 193 euros, the key is that this hotel is located in a small town, it should not be so expensive. The place worthy of praise is the enthusiasm of customer service, especially the little girl. The decoration of the restaurant is very distinctive, the decoration of the wooden structure, the lighting matching, the flowers are embellished, and the Lanhof Hotel at night is very popular.

Ansprechende, moderne Ausstattung, keine Mängel bei Sauberkeit, Frühstück auf gutem Niveau, lediglich das Hotelumfeld ist nicht besonders.
