Excellent location, right inside the airport. It's a five-minute walk to the check-in counters. However, the room facilities and breakfast were just average.

Location and free pick-up/drop-off service are very convenient for moving quickly from/to airport. Room is spacious. Check in and out are easy (although installing an app is a bit fastidious). Staff is good and speaks English and Mandarin. My only complaints are that room gets either a bit too hot (without AC) or too cold (with AC) while sleeping, and that the fridge makes a loud noise (but can be plugged off).

Stayed here for a business trip. The facilities were pretty average, not what I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. There were no USB outlets, and no power outlets under the desk for working. On the plus side, the staff's English was excellent, and it's quite close to the airport. The hotel has a convenient direct link to the mall, but the mall itself was just okay – a bit chaotic and not very high-end, more like a market, so not great for shopping.

The hotel is only a ten-minute drive from the airport, which makes catching a flight very convenient. Although they don't offer Chinese-speaking staff, the front desk was very warm and patient. The room had a bit of an odor, so I'd suggest they improve their cleaning and ventilation.

The facilities are grand, not too many floors, and very spacious. They are well-maintained and clean. The hygiene is excellent, and the greenery is beautiful. The service is attentive and thoughtful. There are many foreign guests, so safety and cleanliness are definitely guaranteed. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a convenient shuttle service. Highly recommend!

we were from the next hotel,but we checked out coz their rooms is terrible but luckily swissbel has room for us to check in on that same day. room is bigger than expected and it is so comfortable. they do provide airport transfer too!

The staff were all friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Although the room was not very spacious, it was still convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Cons: There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Room service could be improved — on the first day, I waited a little over an hour for my order, and on the following day, I waited for two hours but never received any. It seems my order may have been overlooked, so I ended up canceling it and ordering via Grab instead. However, it is a good stay and good value for money in overall.

Stayed 1 night to catch early morning flight the next day at Terminal 2 Pros - Hotel is right above the check in gate 4 (domestic) and gate 5 (international) terminal 2 - breakfast starts early. We passed the restaurant at 3am and it was already serving food - there is room service and restaurant at the hotel open 24hrs and the food was good - room was comfortable Cons - there is no lift to the room floor. Had to use stairs to the reception with your luggage. After the receiption floor, had to go up to room floor.The escalator going up to room floor was broken - room nearest to the reception is number 40 ish. Good luck if u get room number 01 cause u will walk a long way carrying your luggage. There was trolley provided to carry your bag and the security guy helped. Despite the cons, this is still the best option if you need to get to airport early
