Tangerang City Hotels with Gym

The hotel is really nice, and the breakfast is abundant. The cleanliness is also top-notch. It was quite unlucky that the day my colleagues arrived for their business trip, a pipe burst at the hotel. They were temporarily moved to another hotel, which made for a very bad experience. The next night, when we stayed at this hotel again, it felt like we were back in paradise.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel was clean and fresh overall, the room had great natural light, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any hallway noise at all. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the washroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the amenities were well-stocked. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in, and patiently answered all my questions. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to the subway and shopping malls, with tons of great food options nearby. For the price, it's definitely a standout. I'll choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to everyone!

I stayed here during a layover. The hotel was well-maintained and I slept comfortably. One thing that bothered me was that the queen-sized bed had a single-sized sheet placed horizontally, so my feet were directly on the mattress. It felt strange that they didn't use sheets that fit the bed size. The pickup from T2 at the airport was from 'E'. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was very helpful.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport. Everything is new and super clean, and the bed is very, very comfortable and large. It has a minibar and a kettle. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The pool is wonderful and has a shower, as well as a gym. I will definitely be back.

Excellent value for money with great facilities and service I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located with many amenities nearby, including restaurants, shops, massage facilities, spas, hair salons and convenience stores. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of local and international options. The food was fresh and the service team was attentive throughout. The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help. A special mention to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and the excellent cleanliness standards maintained during my stay. Unfortunately this is not going to be a good review , firstly the room was a bit outdated , no soap in the bathroom had to use the body wash from the shower , had an electric stove top but no utensils , no cutlery , did not even have a spoon to stir the coffee , completely bare kitchen area so don’t know why the cooktop is there for . The aircon was really weak the remote didn’t work well so couldn’t change the temp and in the middle of the night we felt water dripping from the unit in the bedroom as it was over the bed , so we had to turn it off and had a really uncomfortable sleep, no bread available for breakfast which was a bit disappointing as I don’t eat heavy things like curry chicken and rice for breakfast . Staff were good but looking sometimes it is not enough .

Close to the airport, so after a tiring journey, you can rest immediately. The hotel is clean and comfortable for a good rest.

This place is really near to the airport. They offer airport pick up and drop off free of charge. Just have to reserve in advance. They even do a wake up call. The room is nice . The bed is really comfortable. Grabfood driver can find this place to send your food.
