About the Property:Rio Vista sits right on the beautiful Indian River. It's a 1942 bungalow, packed with Florida charm. Fully fenced yard, great for kids and pets alike. You can walk right out onto a private dock and see native wildlife, fish, paddle board, or just enjoy the view. There is also a jacuzzi on the back deck, a fire pit, and a grill to enjoy.
