It has been recently renovated with a brand new kitchen and appliances. The bathrooms were also partially renovated. New linens and towels as well as allergy covers on all the mattresses and pillows will set your mind at ease. Large closets in every bedroom as well as a 2 car garage will accommodate any amount of luggage you may bring! About the Property:Rio Vista sits right on the beautiful Indian River. It's a 1942 bungalow, packed with Florida charm. Fully fenced yard, great for kids and pets alike. You can walk right out onto a private dock and see native wildlife, fish, paddle board, or just enjoy the view. There is also a jacuzzi on the back deck, a fire pit, and a grill to enjoy. All of the accommodations to make for a perfect vacation.Rio Vista has 4 bedrooms with 7 beds, sleeping a total of 11 guests. There are total of 4 TVs. A stackable washer and dryer located indoors off the kitchen. The kitchen is loaded with all of the tools you will need to feel right at home!
