Our weekend trip to Yangcheng Lake Banyan Tree was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt the impeccable service. The front desk staff were warm and professional, introducing us to the various restaurants and menus, and even helped us with reservations. We were offered welcome tea and snacks, and our room was spacious and comfortable with an amazing lake view. The bedding was soft, the facilities were complete, and every detail showcased quality. The overall environment was serene and elegant, perfect for a stroll or taking photos. All the staff provided exceptional care, and at check-out, they even accompanied us from our room to the basement parking until we departed. It was truly wonderful!

We booked our stay at Banyan Tree a day in advance during crab season. Since it was a weekday, it wasn't crowded, and the service was incredibly responsive. Our butler was also very prompt and accommodating to all our requests. Banyan Tree truly lives up to its reputation as a luxury hotel brand; the room facilities are smart, the layout is well-designed, and the outdoor private hot spring made for a delightful evening during the cold winter. The concierge team, from our arrival to our departure, provided meticulous service, especially with the children. The boat check-in added a wonderful sense of ceremony, and shuttle service was always available to take us anywhere within the hotel. Compared to other hotels we've stayed at this year, Banyan Tree Yangcheng Lake was our top experience. Our whole family slept so comfortably, and we will definitely be back again.

The Chinese restaurant has high quality dishes, and the service staff is meticulous and thoughtful. The breakfast at Mingyue Restaurant is rich in variety and of good quality, especially the variety of the ordering part is impressive. Banyan Tree Yangcheng Lake is built by the water and is very suitable for a leisurely vacation.

From check-in to check-out, we felt very considerate. When we checked out, we were sent to the basement to get on the bus and watched us leave slowly. The lobby design is elegant and grand, and the high space and exquisite decoration show the luxurious taste. The room hygiene is impeccable, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are complete, creating a quiet atmosphere for rest. The dishes in Baiyun Restaurant are delicious and the ingredients are fresh, especially the local lake dishes are memorable. The green environment around the hotel is elegant, the lakeside scenery and the garden landscape complement each other, and walking in it is like being in a natural oxygen bar, which is an ideal choice away from the hustle and bustle. It makes me think that this is the first choice hotel for my next visit to Suzhou.
