"This is a new resort in Khao Sok mountains of Thailand. The setting is stunning. The villas are located around a mountain river surrounded by limestone karsts (mountains). Each villa is large with tasteful furnishing, modern bathrooms and wrap-around verandah. All meals and the bar are in the clubhouse which is a colonial style two story building with excellent views across the river and into the trees. The resort is about 1.5 hours drive from Surat Thani airport on excellent roads, except for the last 10 minutes when one winds into the river valley. This is a place to relax and chill. There is a fine 18 x 5 meter swimming pool plus spa. Massages are available as well as tubing on the river, day hikes and night safari. My wife and friend really enjoyed the tubing and the eco printing of flowers and leaves onto cotton fabric."

"We have just completed a wonderful stay here. The setting, overlooking the Khao Sok rain forest and overlooking the river, is simply magical. The rooms are pretty small, but lovely, clean and air conditioned. The restaurant has a relatively limited range, but the food is delicious and great value - helpful because unless you have your own transport you are relatively cut off. But for 3 days, it was a simple, tranquil, idyllic base for our Khao Sok excursions. Most of all, the staff were a delight - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. It's a pretty intimate stay, where you are with the staff a lot through all your meals, but that suited us, and we were sorry to leave, and very grateful for the warmth and hospitality that we received during our stay.
