Make sure you get the exact room type you booked, as there can be discrepancies, and note that the water pressure is on the weaker side, though everything else in the room works well. Breakfast is decent with enough variety, and overall the hotel offers a nice urban contrast to the resort feel of the Park Hyatt in Siem Reap."

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the overall atmosphere felt fresh and welcoming. I also appreciated that the room had all the amenities I needed. From toiletries and a fully equipped bathroom to convenient in-room facilities, everything was thoughtfully prepared. It made my stay smooth and stress-free. "Housekeeping was not done thoroughly. Bed sheet was not change as strains were visible seen. Understand the room was mentioned upgraded but as compared to my colleague's room, there is 3 seater sofa. Breakfast start 6am but items are not ready. Simple fried eggs when approach was not available too. 2 weeks stay, not a single day the breakfast in ready in time except i wake up later at Sunday morning.. Food quality is good with varieties. loud bass echo can be heard till morning 6 am breakfast time. Lobby service is good. Staff are polite too. Laundry service is prompt on time as promised."
