TTasting DreamscapeI really enjoyed my stay at Apsor Palace Hotel. It’s in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the Royal Palace and nearby shopping. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. A comfortable and pleasant experience overall.

NNadine NFavourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions.
I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things.
Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc.
The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery.
Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey.
Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards.
My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift.

JJohann DieterWe stayed at this 4‑star hotel for a 3‑night Christmas staycation as a couple, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. Check‑in was quick and efficient, and every staff member we met was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. Their service really elevated our stay.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom featuring a relaxing rain‑shower. The big TV offered Asian news channels, a few sports channels, and even a movie channel, which was great for unwinding in the evenings.
Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a generous buffet offering both Western and Asian cuisine. On Christmas Eve, we enjoyed the festive buffet dinner, which was a standout. The traditional Western dishes—especially the roast leg of lamb and stuffed turkey—were flavorful and beautifully prepared. The price was also noticeably more affordable than Christmas Eve dinners at other hotels, which made it even better value.
The hotel’s facilities were another highlight. The 24‑hour gym was well‑equipped with the latest machines, making workouts convenient at any time. The infinity pool was stunning, especially at sunset, offering breathtaking views over the city. The restaurant staff were consistently attentive, adding to the overall positive experience.
The location is excellent—close to shops and easy to get around. We also loved the Sky Bar, which offers fantastic views over Phnom Penh. Their happy hour from 4pm to 7pm (buy one drink, get one free) was a great way to relax and enjoy the skyline.
If we had to mention one downside, it would be the slow Wi‑Fi. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to everything else the hotel offered.
Overall, we had a wonderful Christmas staycation and would definitely book here again. Highly recommended.

Room: neat and clean, size wise just ok, I get a nice view of Mekong river.
Breakfast: variety not much but just ok you can request staff for additional egg menu.
Staff: really friendly and greet you everytime. Shoutout to the breakfast staff who check with you everytime.
Improve: although the towel is clean but it looks old and some have light yellowish stain which believes unable to wash out. It visible to naked eye. Which really unpleasant.

DDwcwongHotel KVL is a solid city base in Phnom Penh with a good location and views over the Mekong River. It’s close to the main bar area and a weekend street market, but that also means the road in front is closed from around 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, so it’s worth checking how that might affect your arrival or departure. Make sure you get the exact room type you booked, as there can be discrepancies, and note that the water pressure is on the weaker side, though everything else in the room works well. Breakfast is decent with enough variety, and overall the hotel offers a nice urban contrast to the resort feel of the Park Hyatt in Siem Reap.

GGuest UserLe Botum was a fantastic surprise in Phnom Penh. Very close to the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda. We had a spacious room with via from the balcony and alle was very clean. We loved the friendly staff and the roof top swimming pool. We really recommend Le Botum Hotel.

GGuest UserCheck-in was super fast, and the front desk staff was very friendly. The room was larger than I expected and had a really stylish design, not that outdated business hotel look. The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the pillows were perfect. I'm usually someone who struggles to sleep in new places, but I actually slept soundly through the night! The soundproofing was also great; I didn't hear a single thing from the hallway. I have to praise the breakfast too. They had both Western and Chinese options, and the coffee was excellent. There were also local specialty snacks. While the variety wasn't huge, everything was exquisite and clean.

세세이하I stayed at M Residence in Phnom Penh for 3 nights, and I truly believe you won't find a better value for money. The room condition was impeccably clean and the facilities were excellent, making my entire stay incredibly satisfying.
What impressed me most was the service. During check-in, they upgraded my room even before I asked, and the staff were always smiling and friendly, which made my stay very pleasant.
I particularly appreciated having a washing machine in the room. They thoughtfully provided not only laundry detergent but also dish soap and a new sponge. These small details made me feel like they truly cared about their guests. The amenities are so well-equipped that next time, I won't need to pack much heavy clothing; I can just bring a light bag.
Another highlight of this accommodation is revealed at night. The panoramic night view of Phnom Penh from the window is simply breathtaking. I was amazed every evening by the spectacular lights around the Independence Monument, which I could comfortably enjoy from my room.
This time, my schedule was too packed to use the hotel's swimming pool and gym, which was a pity, but I definitely plan to use them next time. My 3-night stay was so satisfying that I'm already planning to stay for another week next month. If you're looking for accommodation in Phnom Penh, I wholeheartedly recommend this place without hesitation!

AAnonymous UserThe location is great, in a key spot in the city which makes it easy to get around and explore. There's an Aeon Mall right across the street, which is super convenient. Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby and it's close to the Forbidden City. I'd give the location a 10/10.
Taxi availability gets a 9/10.
For safety, you need a key card to operate the elevator, so that's a 7/10.
There was a strong smell of smoke, a 10/10 for smokiness.
Cleanliness was a 7/10.
Overall, the price was acceptable.

GGuest UserExcellent location with warm service. However, it isn’t an ideal hotel location for tourist location where situating near a bin or smth like landfill that with unlike smell. Additionally, the room was filled with ants everywhere. The hygiene condition definitely has room for improvement. In terms of faculties, the bathroom can’t provide hot water with stable temperatures, i can’t take a shower with hot water around 7ish.
anyway, i still think the hotel quality is matched with the price though, not a bad choice for a short stay
