I really enjoyed my stay at Apsor Palace Hotel. It’s in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the Royal Palace and nearby shopping. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. A comfortable and pleasant experience overall.

For this price point, having such a cool outdoor pool is absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was also very substantial. However, it's a shame the air conditioning was so noisy, and in my room, the fan speed control wasn't working. The maintenance staff tried for a long time but couldn't fix it, which was a bit disappointing.

Yes it will like kind of premises Central location and maintain very well breakfast is included if you go for the package and staff are quite friendly and reasonably priced as well happy with using the property on another occasion.

Location: at center of Phnom Penh, easily reach by grab. Room: neat and clean, size wise just ok, I get a nice view of Mekong river. Breakfast: variety not much but just ok you can request staff for additional egg menu. Staff: really friendly and greet you everytime. Shoutout to the breakfast staff who check with you everytime. Improve: although the towel is clean but it looks old and some have light yellowish stain which believes unable to wash out. It visible to naked eye. Which really unpleasant.

Hotel KVL is a solid city base in Phnom Penh with a good location and views over the Mekong River. It’s close to the main bar area and a weekend street market, but that also means the road in front is closed from around 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, so it’s worth checking how that might affect your arrival or departure. Make sure you get the exact room type you booked, as there can be discrepancies, and note that the water pressure is on the weaker side, though everything else in the room works well. Breakfast is decent with enough variety, and overall the hotel offers a nice urban contrast to the resort feel of the Park Hyatt in Siem Reap.

Le Botum was a fantastic surprise in Phnom Penh. Very close to the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda. We had a spacious room with via from the balcony and alle was very clean. We loved the friendly staff and the roof top swimming pool. We really recommend Le Botum Hotel.

This is more of a serviced apartment than a hotel. The photos advertised are not quite the same as in reality. In reality the entire interior needs upgrading as the furnishing are quite worn out. The jacuzzi is not working but the pool and the gym are functioning, which I appreciate. Location is super central with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby within walking distance. The room has a small kitchenite and washing machine but it is very small, especially in the context of Cambodia. I've stayed in quite many other hotels and they are usually bigger. The view is great though! Service wise leaves much to be desired - the staff members are not quite consistent with their level of politeness/courtesy. Our key card was not working last night and we had the difficulty getting into our room. This morning the staff had us waiting for 10 minutes outside our door for her to come by to open for us (and I was dripping wet from swimming). So overall, I feel that while the price and location is good, there are other options with a few more dollars in the city that can serve you better.

The location is great, in a key spot in the city which makes it easy to get around and explore. There's an Aeon Mall right across the street, which is super convenient. Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby and it's close to the Forbidden City. I'd give the location a 10/10. Taxi availability gets a 9/10. For safety, you need a key card to operate the elevator, so that's a 7/10. There was a strong smell of smoke, a 10/10 for smokiness. Cleanliness was a 7/10. Overall, the price was acceptable.

Check-in was super fast, and the front desk staff was very friendly. The room was larger than I expected and had a really stylish design, not that outdated business hotel look. The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the pillows were perfect. I'm usually someone who struggles to sleep in new places, but I actually slept soundly through the night! The soundproofing was also great; I didn't hear a single thing from the hallway. I have to praise the breakfast too. They had both Western and Chinese options, and the coffee was excellent. There were also local specialty snacks. While the variety wasn't huge, everything was exquisite and clean.

Excellent location with warm service. However, it isn’t an ideal hotel location for tourist location where situating near a bin or smth like landfill that with unlike smell. Additionally, the room was filled with ants everywhere. The hygiene condition definitely has room for improvement. In terms of faculties, the bathroom can’t provide hot water with stable temperatures, i can’t take a shower with hot water around 7ish. anyway, i still think the hotel quality is matched with the price though, not a bad choice for a short stay
