"Check-in was smooth and pleasant. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a seaview room and the view from the room was amazing. The bed was also very comfortable. We were also served welcome fruit just after we finished lunch in our room. What a pleasant surprise and a lovely touch! The breakfast spread was huge and the food was delicious. The gym was super spacious and well-equipped, with a dedicated studio space and a strength-training area. The seaview from the gym was a huge plus as well. The location of the hotel was superb. There is a mall directly connected to the hotel, while SM Seaside is only 1.2 km away. When we were at the TOPS Lookout, we could even spot the hotel from afar! It was also a short drive to the pier. My only complaint was that the cleanliness could be improved. There was some dirt on the bedsheet, although nothing major. When I tried to use the bathtub, the water came out looking yellowish, which was a little concerning. The breakfast area could also get quite crowded during peak hours and we waited about 15 minutes to be seated."

"The room was quite spacious! There was plenty of space to unpack our luggage, a comfortable sofa to relax on, and a large bed – no complaints there! However, we did encounter a small cockroach midway through our stay, which we dealt with ourselves, haha. I guess you just have to expect bugs everywhere in Southeast Asia, so it's understandable."

"We arrived early and they kindly let us check in to an available room, even providing a welcome gift. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the facilities were great, especially the beautiful sea view. It was a fantastic experience, very satisfying."
