"Check in was easy and fast same with check out. The breakfast was platted and i was hoping for buffet for its price but all was delicious and in good serving size. The was excellent and we're able to sleepy soundly. From its free toiletries they dont have rm slippers but having water dispenser on the floor was really convenient. The location was excellent, the hotel staff was really accommodating and worth the price for us to return in the future."

"The best thing is that they provide towel for just some refundable deposit and no actual cost. Never seen such effectively free towel service in any hostels anywhere. Robinsons Fuente mall is the main landmark to locate this hostel. The staff is courteous, smiling and professional. They have a kitchen downstairs where you can cook your food and/or use the utensils microwave etc. The actual dorm room looks kinda compact with 6 bunk beds, but it was ok. The staff should remind the lower bed guests to keep their bags shoes & stuff properly, they were scattered all over the floor. There is only one toilet & one shower in dorm room. However, the staff told me that we can use the toilet & shower situated downstairs in the kitchen. They have lockers outside the dorm room which you can use with your lock. There is also a mini library outside the dorm. A nice open bar at their entrance. The only problem is there are many roosters in the compound which keep crowing day & night nonstop. Never seen such nonstop crowing roosters in my life!"

"Well, I’d go with my honest review here. First of all… I did not expect my room to be this wide and spacious… it’s amazing. Their consistency in cleanliness is impressive as always, as a person who already stayed here in Mandarin for a couple of times (this is my first time travelling solo). Their breakfast never fails, all hits and no misses. The receptionists, housekeepers, security anf staffs are very kind. The hotel is also across from Ayala Center, which is an easy access for shopping and recreation. So far, 10/10. I would love to stay here again when I come back to Cebu. Shoutout kay Kuya Guard who became my friend, we’ll see each other soon. 😌🤝"

"The room was clean, but it had a musty smell, so I wore a mask most of the time. Hot water was available at the sink, but the shower was mostly cold. The front and bell staff were friendly and pleasant, and the attached café was nice. But, the café is worth visiting as a walk-in, and I don’t think I would stay at the hotel again…"

"The hotel's location is good; there's a restaurant right next door where we ate every day, and the food was delicious. We had a big issue with the air conditioning. In our first room, it broke on the second day. We asked for it to be fixed, and they offered to move us to another room. It wasn't a quick change; we waited about 4 hours for the room swap, but I'm grateful they did it. However, in the new room, condensation was dripping from the AC unit above ours, and the constant dripping noise filled the room, making it hard to sleep. I suggest they install some kind of drip trays. Other than that, it was okay for a short stay."

"Overall, the hygiene was good; I didn't encounter any small bugs during my stay. The towels were a bit old, so if you're particular, I'd recommend bringing your own. The location is very convenient, right near Ayala Mall, just a few minutes' walk away. Security is also fine, there's a safe in the room. You need to use your room card to access the elevators. The room isn't very big, so it might feel cramped if you're traveling with children or have a lot of luggage. The air conditioner and extractor fan were quite noisy. Being close to the street, you could still hear some car noise from outside, even on the 16th floor."

"The only reason I rent this place was to be able to work at the common space, I had a very important meeting at night my the security wouldn’t let me stay to have my meeting because he said it was too late… it had no one there, place was very empty and I really needed to do this meeting and I felt very humiliated and disrespected, other than that the place is okay"

"The facilities are complete, almost like an apartment, just without a washing machine. It has a bathtub and two beds, perfect for a family of three. It seems to be next to the Cebu government building, so it's relatively safe and the transportation is convenient!"

"If you are looking for an affordable stay, the pads coloving is perfect for you. Location is perfect, basic amenities are provided. I stayed for 2 nights and very convenient since 7/11 is just 5 steps away."
