"The laundry service is good and reasonably priced. Great views and close to the beach, with multiple swimming pools. It's a short 10-minute drive to the nearby surf spot, or you can rent a motorbike to get around. We booked a direct pool access room, but couldn't use it for the first two days due to rain. On the third day, when we wanted to swim, it was under maintenance. Some staff members provide excellent service, while others are just average. Simple English communication is sufficient. Limited entertainment facilities, and they come with extra charges. There are few dining options, and outside food or delivery is not allowed. There are no supermarkets nearby, so you're limited to the hotel's minimart. The hotel grounds are very large, so you need to book a buggy in advance to get around. The water park slides are not very clean, and there are only a few small ones."

"This was by far the best hotel experience during my trip to Vietnam! The hotel is very new, and the facilities are excellent. I absolutely adored the suite's decor, especially having a private pool – it was incredibly comfortable. The service was impeccable. I was able to check in at 12 PM, and the next day, they smoothly arranged a late check-out for me at 2 PM. When I mentioned an issue with mosquitoes in the evening, they addressed it immediately. The next morning, a staff member even came to my table during breakfast specifically to follow up – truly outstanding!"

"We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights in early April 2026, in a garden-view bungalow. This is one of the best places! The location is fantastic – it has its own beach, a restaurant right on the seafront, and two clean swimming pools. It's situated between Phan Thiet and Mui Ne. For dinner, we'd go to Mui Ne by scooter or taxi (around $2-3), a quick 5-minute ride. Sometimes we'd have dinner at the hotel, enjoying the wonderful sea view. Prices are higher than in the village, but you get peace and quiet! Breakfasts are good, though definitely with an Asian slant. There was always something to choose from (pastries, yogurts, omelets...). They're really great for having a proper coffee machine; the cappuccino was excellent! By the pool, there's a bar with submerged chairs, perfect for cooling off on a hot day with a refreshing drink, taking a dip, and feeling completely refreshed from city life and daily worries. The hotel grounds aren't large, which we actually loved, but they're beautiful, lush with tropical greenery. Fish in the pond, exotic crested birds... all the joys of life. The bungalow was in excellent condition, everything clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. On arrival, we received fruit and a beach bag. The blackout curtains were a big plus for us, and the balcony had nice furniture, perfect for sitting out in the evening and admiring the surrounding beauty. We especially loved being able to swim in the pool late in the evening when it was completely dark – it was lit up, the water was clean and warm, and no one bothered us; we could swim to our heart's content. The beach has white sand, and the sea was very warm, with small waves after lunch, which we absolutely loved playing in. I also want to mention my birthday, which I celebrated there. The staff were very welcoming; when they saw I had flowers, they immediately brought a vase, and in the evening, a small cake. Returning from the beach, we found a 'Happy Birthday' message made of tropical flowers on the bed (a small touch, but very pleasant)! We rented a beautiful gazebo for 4 hours ($10-12), which included ice cream and French fries. The only warning I want to give is about sand fleas on the beach. They don't bite everyone. Since I've been bitten by them before (it's not my first time in Asia), they tend to find me! So, don't lie on the beach sunbeds; stick to the ones by the pool. We highly recommend Aroma; it's a little paradise!"

"I really loved this hotel. I definitely recommend visiting. First, let me highlight the pros: - The hotel grounds are incredibly large and beautiful. Staff are constantly trimming, cleaning, and maintaining everything. They truly take excellent care of the grounds, and it really is stunning. Egyptian style everywhere!) - Daily cleaning, floors are washed, and linens are changed. This is a rarity for Asia, everything here is very clean. - Two swimming pools, plus a children's area with a mini water park. The pools are clean and well-maintained. - Delicious restaurant. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel; it was inexpensive and tasty. - Located in a quiet area, perfect for families with children. - The staff understands English well, and there's Sasha in the restaurant who speaks Russian. There are some cons, but they are minor. - The restaurant primarily serves Asian food. We never went hungry, but there wasn't much variety for European children at breakfast. Although, the breakfast menu changes every three days, which is great. Still, I would have liked more options beyond eggs and sausages, though they did offer french fries. I missed having porridge or muesli. - There were a lot of Asian guests. We were unlucky and stayed surrounded by Chinese guests. Consequently, there was constant noise and children's screams, and they went to breakfast at 6 AM – oh dear! - There was some trash in the sea, and there were waves every day. Overall, we really enjoyed it. It's a relaxing vacation spot. For those looking for nightlife and discos, this isn't the place. It's quiet in the evenings. The staff are fantastic."

"This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in! The grounds are amazing and incredibly well-maintained – huge respect for that! I spent my whole vacation just admiring them 😍. There are plenty of cafes, shops, massage parlors, smoothie stands, and ice cream spots nearby. The beach has breakwaters, but they weren't an issue. The only inconvenience was that family rooms, like standard rooms, either have two single beds or one large bed and an odd sofa that's only good for sitting on. An extra bed costs extra, so we couldn't figure out the difference between standard and family rooms. We ended up pushing the beds together and sleeping three people, which was the only downside. Everything else was absolutely fantastic!"

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! It wasn't overrun by tour groups, mostly frequented by locals on vacation and a few foreign guests (including us). It's a shame there's only one restaurant, but the menu is quite comprehensive, offering both Vietnamese specialties and Western dishes. Since we were with my parents, we all opted for the local Vietnamese cuisine, which was both generous in portion and delicious. The beach was immaculately clean, and the staff were very diligent."

"The hotel is located far from the central part, so it is quite quiet and calm. The pool is clean. The territory is beautiful and neat. The sea was calm during our stay. There are enough cafes nearby with food at reasonable prices. The staff is polite and always happy to help. The guys at the reception helped with tickets for the sleeper bus to Nha Trang, thank you very much."

"This hotel doesn't have many reviews and might not be a trendy spot, but our actual experience was excellent. First off, the environment is wonderful, with birds singing and flowers blooming. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very well-maintained. All four of our families booked the bungalows. While they were quite a bit more expensive than standard rooms, at around 1000 per night including breakfast, the value for money was incredible. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. Secondly, it's right by the sea. Although we didn't go swimming, facing the ocean was lovely. You can walk along the beach in either direction to a small fishing village to buy seafood. We didn't try it ourselves but walked over to check it out. There are many colorful jeeps outside the hotel that offer half-day tours, which is very convenient. The only minor drawback is that there's no commercial area around the hotel. However, the hotel offers a shuttle service with a timetable, which we didn't use. We ordered some fried rice at a local restaurant across the street, and after that, we just ate at the hotel. Ordering food at the hotel does take a bit longer for dishes to be served. Overall, the experience was great. If you have time to slow down and relax here for a few days, it would be wonderful."

"Objective evaluation, the overall is relatively new, my photos are with filters, only for viewing the layout. Small resort hotel. There are only two rooms facing the sea, and one overlooking the sea. The others are on both sides. If you can't book a room facing the sea, I don't recommend it. The price is inflated. The breakfast is not delicious, and the facilities inside the room are very simple. The beach~ It's ok to listen to the sound of the waves~ The service attitude~ It's hard to say. When we left, we said with a dark face that we took a pair of slippers, but it turned out that the waiter made a mistake in the room. It was speechless. A pair of slippers worth a few dollars, Vietnamese people look down on Chinese people. It's so hot that we have to find it~ Check out with caution, after all, communication is difficult."

It's a bit far from the city center, so having your own transportation (like a car) would be more convenient. The rooms are spacious, and the bedroom, balcony, and bathroom are all separate, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort. The sea-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view. Breakfast primarily features local Vietnamese cuisine. Overall, it's an ideal place for a relaxing, do-nothing vacation."
