The worst thing is that you have to turn on the hot water to take a shower yourself. As a result, the hot water in our room was broken and it was not repaired overnight. We had to boil water to wash our hair ourselves! It was really the first time on vacation! The next day, we asked to change rooms, and they said they had repaired it. 🤬By the way, they also said they wanted to collect our passports!
