The music noise from Moon Bay was too loud, and the room's soundproofing was terrible; it was impossible to sleep. This was really annoying. I left my cosmetics in the room when checking out, and the owner was very kind and arranged a time to bring them down to me!"

"Our stay this time was absolutely perfect! I had originally booked a standard room, but upon arrival, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a Thai-style villa free of charge, which was such a wonderful surprise! The villa featured high, wooden ceilings that were incredibly stylish, and the living room was spacious and comfortable. The Thai-style soft furnishings were tastefully arranged, with blue and white throw pillows complementing the solid wood furniture perfectly. Being in the room felt like a Southeast Asian getaway, the atmosphere was just incredible. Not only was the hardware superb, but the service was also impeccable. From check-in to everyday needs, the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Their response time was quick, and they even proactively asked about our needs and offered suggestions for activities. The care in every detail made us feel especially welcome. The bedding in the room was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom facilities and amenities were all high-quality; you could really feel the hotel's dedication in every detail. The surrounding environment was serene, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a truly immersive holiday experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"The room wasn't as big as I expected; in fact, the rooms on the first floor seemed larger. The hotel service was excellent; any issues were resolved immediately. Every night, there's a complimentary sweet soup. I didn't try it, but the butler always informed guests it was available on a first-come, first-served basis. Right outside the hotel is a street full of bars, including 216 Restaurant & Bar and Malt, all just a short walk away. It's a great way to spend time, just chilling there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. At night, the bars are incredibly lively and bustling – definitely a young crowd!"

"Facilities: The room is spacious and has all the basic amenities. Cleanliness: Generally clean and hygienic. Environment: The living environment is acceptable. Service: Because it was typhoon season when we arrived, the weather was really bad after landing. We wanted to cancel, but the hotel wouldn't allow same-day cancellations, and negotiations were useless. We had no choice but to stay overnight in the rain. There weren't many restaurants nearby, and we had to drive out in the rain. Double coffee or drinks: We didn't get to experience it."

The location is unique, you can walk to the business district, eat special snacks, and take a taxi to various popular attractions. The front desk is gentle and polite. There is no extra waiting for the room. The room is spacious and open, and the lighting is good. The beds are neatly arranged, the bedding is soft and dry, and there is no smell. The bathroom is dry and wet. The room type is also upgraded. The toiletries are fully equipped."

"Highly recommended! It's perfect for a female traveler. The rooms are cleaned daily, the beds are large, and it's close to Shimei Bay and Shenzhou Peninsula. You can easily get there by taxi or electric scooter. Overall, I'm very satisfied!"
Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula
"I stayed in a garden view room, and the air was great. Occasionally, birds would land in the garden to forage. Stepping off the hotel lawn, you're right on the beach with fine, soft sand, and it's also very close to the popular lighthouse. The environment is quite good. From check-in to check-out, we had a one-on-one butler. We could tell them anything we needed at any time, and they responded quickly. Every day, they would ask if we needed the room cleaned. However, one day, the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 10 AM, saying she wanted to clean the room. I clearly told her I hadn't requested a cleaning, my child was sleeping, and someone was in the bathroom, so we didn't need it cleaned for now. But the cleaning lady insisted on coming in. I thought maybe she wanted to finish early and go home, so I told her to wait at the door for 2 minutes while I woke my child up, and then we left, leaving the room for her to clean. About half an hour later, the butler proactively asked if we needed the room cleaned. 😂 I'm not sure where the miscommunication happened. Electric carts are available for transport in and out of the park. You can just stand by the road for a short while, and a cart will come by. The staff would politely ask if we needed a ride. Very courteous, thumbs up! 👍 Let's talk about the food. The breakfast at Yu He and He Fang had pretty much the same variety. For a room rate of over 2000 per night, the quality of the breakfast didn't match the price, although the staff were quite enthusiastic. Food deliveries would be sent to a designated locker. Once it arrived, guests would call the front desk and provide the last few digits of their phone number, and staff would deliver it to the room. The town center is about 300 meters from the hotel, and almost all deliveries come from there. As soon as the store confirmed the order was ready, the delivery driver would get it to the hotel within 5 minutes. Compared to hotels of similar price in Sanya, the Grand Hyatt's pool and water park are a bit small, with the water park only having one small slide. The Kids Club is a children's activity center, but the equipment is quite limited. Overall, I feel that Shenzhou Peninsula is not very well-developed for family trips with children. I hope it will improve over time."

Both the soft furnishings and hard construction are beyond 5-star standards; the natural stone walls and wooden guest rooms exude high-end quality, and the bathroom and bedding configurations are meticulously chosen. The private hot spring is private and comfortable, and the cleanliness is thorough and well-executed. The butler service is attentive and perfectly balanced. It's tranquil and healing, offering far better value for money than similarly priced guesthouses and hotels of the same star rating. A must-stay when in Wanning, truly excellent value!"

"It was love at first sight! Environment: Green mountains and clear waters! Quiet and comfortable. Opening the curtains reveals natural beauty; in the morning, the wind rustles the leaves, birds sing, cicadas chirp, and roosters occasionally crow. In this environment, you can't help but relax! A deep breath is invigorating; the air is incredibly fresh, and my nose doesn't feel uncomfortable at all. I really want to come here for a peaceful retreat when I'm old, haha. Some young guests even stay for a month at a time—they really know how to enjoy life! So idyllic! Cleanliness: The house is very well maintained, clean and tidy, with a beautiful vintage French style! Perfect for taking photos! Everywhere you look, you can take pictures! The bedding is high-quality; I can't remember what level of quality it was, but it felt very comfortable and clean. All toiletries are disposable, and the packaging matches the hotel's style. Lying in the hotel feels as pleasant as traveling. Service: This is a villa area, and the overall environment is very nice and quiet. It's a peaceful place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The villa owners and housekeepers are very kind and attentive, and they also rent electric scooters. Compared to renting electric scooters elsewhere, the ones here are of better quality, look nicer, and are great for taking photos! Guests staying here even get a discount. Last time I rented one, the front was incredibly stiff, the scooter was dilapidated, and it was so bumpy. I had to take a taxi back, which was a huge hassle. (For frequent travelers to Hainan, I highly recommend riding an electric scooter for short trips; it's really convenient, you know what I mean, haha!) Facilities: The facilities are all quite new and complete, working perfectly without any problems, and they look great too. The decor is quite tasteful, and most importantly, it's clean, quiet, comfortable, and perfect for taking photos!! Take lots of photos to document your trip, haha! Having stayed in seaside guesthouses and hotels, I can say this place offers the best value for money and a particularly good experience. It's a small villa, which I really love, and it even has a private pool. It's a pity the water was drained due to the recent typhoon; otherwise, floating in the pool and enjoying the view would have been incredibly pleasant. I just wrote a whole bunch of thoughts because of this, haha, I'm such a chatterbox! I definitely want to come back here again!"

Hygienic: clean and tidy, comfortable, suitable for a family of four Environment: Nearby is a tourist area, Service: It was a bit late to play, and the boss personally sent the room card when he arrived late, and recommended the travel guide by the way. I will look for this side when I come to Shenzhou Peninsula in the future. It is only1.8 kilometers away from the lighthouse... You can see the entire sea when you lie in the living room, and the lighthouse is on the right side of the balcony. Really comfortable!"
