"Actually 0 star. The most *******, dirty and dangerous hotel villa we ever booked with worst hospitality experience. Firstly, there was no housekeeping, receptionist/front desk or proper trained staff but one old security man who can't speak English or communicate. A care taker who was merely present was so irresponsible and careless that he comes for few hours a day. A classic unprofessional hospitality service who cheat with advertising - publishing. beautiful pics of villa facade but in the end we get an unhygenic villa full of dust and broken Aircon. We were left alone with our family and kids with no reliable security. Even breakfast served were the ones that they buy from roadside vendors and that too in dirty plates with hairs on it. Bathroom, furniture and rooms were extremely stinky and don't expect any toiletries or towels. Additionally the water tanks go empty with no one to switch on the pump. We had to manage with drinking water which we kept for kids. After all this owner who was traveling from China neither bother to pick our call nor even apologized for this terrible experience . We booked through ******* through whom we got all lame excuses. I highly don't recommend this place for stay. After this genuine review and personal experience we are sharing for people to be aware of this fraud advertising and As per previous reviews response , the owner neither staff will never improve or apologize but again use false excuses or will add false accusations to customers, that shows what they are and how they behave with customers . I hope people stay safe and away from unprofessional and unapologetic owner and staff."

"I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. It really depends on the room you get. I was initially put in a room that, as I later found out, desperately needed renovations. The air conditioning started leaking during the night, with water dripping right onto the bed. Everything in the room looked old, and the AC unit itself was ancient. The next morning, I was moved to a completely different room. The air conditioning and TV were all new, and the room was much cleaner and more modern overall. Why couldn't they have just put me in a room like that to begin with? They just had to give me a worse one first. I demanded compensation in the form of breakfast for the inconvenience, and they very reluctantly provided it in the end. It seems like the staff tries, but it all feels a bit disingenuous."

"The building was fine, the location as well but the room was nasty . We were 6 in that room and honestly it felt like the room had not being cleaned for a week lol. No toilet paper, the floor dirty… such a shame considering the building itself was great… I think individual rooms should be perfect. The staff was great !"

"Do not book this hotel - we arrived at 10pm and were unable to get in for half an hour. Once we did get to our room, it was infested with bed bugs. The area made it impossible to get a taxi to a new hotel. We are also struggling to get a refund from the hotel for this."
