First, let me start with a compliment! The service attitude was exceptionally good! Whether it was asking the customer service小姐姐 for two extra quilts because I'm sensitive to cold, or asking the kitchen姐姐 for a plate to wash some fruit, everyone was incredibly willing to help! No one showed any impatience whatsoever. Everyone was genuinely wonderful, like a big, happy family! Now for the downsides: The secondhand smoke issue is really serious! From the moment you walk in, there are smokers everywhere, and there are ashtrays outside the rooms on the second floor, with people smoking there every day. Of course, I had seen reviews mentioning this before checking in, so I was mentally prepared. Also, the water heater was still quite unstable, alternating between scalding hot and freezing cold. I was practically doing a tango in the shower! Overall, it's great value for money, and I even found a companion. I would still recommend staying at 'Dajiaoshi' if you're traveling alone!

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! Since it's newly opened, all the facilities are perfect, and there were plenty of washing machines available in the laundry room. It's located right in the old town, so stepping out, you're surrounded by all sorts of snacks and street food, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, there are large shopping malls all around. Most importantly, the service was exceptionally good too!

A good first stop in Kunming. Its location is fantastic in the Jinbi Square. A central hub of local attractions. The hostel is clean and respectful. The showers have very good pressure and hot water. Toilets are a little old and might take a few flushes. There is an inside bar that is somewhat noisy during the evening/night hours, if you are looking to be social with other guests. This is a good spot for it as it also has a snooker table. The interior is decorated quite nicely. It features a client fridge to store food/drinks and a self-serve laundry with a washer/dryer/hanging rack. As this hostel has an optimum bar & social area, expect your dorm-mates to enter the dorm noisily and somewhat drunk. The outdoor roof terrace has plenty of seat and is quite scenic to Jinbi Square in the evenings. They offer a menu and food service (can be somewhat pricey, but hostels/hotels offer drinks/food at a premium, is quite common). The staff are very attentive, polite and helpful when I had requests and inquiries. They offer luggage storage service for 10RMB a day & 50 RMB. I felt safe to keep my belongings here for a further 10 days whilst I continued to travel. The beds are quite hard and firm, it made sleeping a bit uncomfortable but for the price that is offered to stay here, it can be overlooked. The entrance to the hostel is on the ground floor and you take an elevator up to floor 3 and walk straight across the bar area and into the living quarters. This can be a little confusing at first, especially when carrying your luggage through a vibrant and cheerful bar area. There is plenty of space and tables to work on in a comfortable location. There is no Air Conditioning in the main bar area so wrap up! But there is Air conditioning in the dorm rooms. A good size locker and comfortable quilt and pillow. I will stay again. The food by the chefs are delicious and carefully crafted. I thank you for the service

This is an excellent spot for people who are visiting Lijiang. It is within Lijiang Old Town which has so much to do. There are tons of places to stay, but this place is right outside the north gate, about 200M. Very accessible and drivers/tour groups to Tiger Leaping Gorge/Jade Dragon Mountain can easily pick you up from here. It is within Lijiang Old Town so cars cannot come in. Don’t make the mistake of not messaging ahead of time that you need a cart to take your luggage like I did. They will come pick you up free of charge. Add them on WeChat and they will respond quickly to any requests. The place has 2 entrances, one is a coffee shop. They have tea and snacks, plus a lovely garden for guests. There is plenty of space to put your bags and comes with a humidifier for the drier air. I highly recommend this to travellers who are coming from afar. The breakfast was great as well.

The Four Points by Sheraton Kunming, City Center, boasts a fantastic location right in Kunming's bustling commercial district, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are brand-new and modern, the rooms are spotless, and the bedding is very comfortable. The hotel's butler service is warm and attentive, always ready to assist. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. There are countless great eateries nearby; you can explore all sorts of authentic local snacks on foot. The metro station is also close by, ensuring hassle-free travel. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kunming!

A very satisfying stay, highly recommend 🫶 **Facilities:** Well-equipped with a gym and a kids' play area – perfect for families. The hotel breakfast is also rich and varied; the rice noodles are especially delicious 😋 **Hygiene:** The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bathroom facilities were very new. **Environment:** Located in the city center, it's convenient to get anywhere. There are many great restaurants nearby, and it's easy to walk or take a taxi to tourist attractions. **Service:** Excellent! The front desk lady was very enthusiastic, helped us with attraction recommendations, and even gave us a free room upgrade!

InterContinental Xishuangbanna Resort Review The InterContinental Xishuangbanna boasts an excellent location on the former site of the Dai King's Palace, immersing guests in a rich Dai-Thai atmosphere. Upon entering, it feels like stepping into a tropical paradise. The resort grounds are expansive, lush with greenery, and peacocks roam freely, making every turn a picturesque photo opportunity. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring private balconies with scenic views. The decor incorporates ethnic elements, and the bedding and bathroom amenities are high-quality. Soundproofing and privacy are also excellent. Breakfast offers a wide variety, including local Dai snacks, as well as Chinese and Western dishes, all tasting great. Family-friendly facilities are top-notch, with ample swimming pools, children's activities, and cultural experiences. The service is warm and attentive. Overall, it offers great value for money and a full resort experience, making it a prime choice for luxury accommodation in Xishuangbanna. A special thanks to Lydia for her exceptional service throughout our stay. Her enthusiasm, proactiveness, and quick responses via WeChat truly enhanced our trip!

It was a big surprise that Nazhu upgraded my room to their President suite! Same for my other friends, they get free upgrade to better room too. The view from the room is spectacular. Woke up at 7am you will see the sun shine on the tip of YuLong Mt which call 日照金山. The suite come with a fridge with free drinks, washing machine and dyson hairdryer. Not forgetting to mention about the hotel services. Very human touch. The moment we arrive they welcome us with warm greetings and immediately help to carry the luggage to our rooms. There is no lift in the hotel but rest assure the staffs will help to carry the luggage up and down. We stayed 2N. Due to busy schedules, we miss the lical tea session from 7.30-9pm. But they will to work OT and extend the time for us in 2nd N till about 9.30pm. Overall very satisfied with the stay and will stay again if I come back to Lijiang. 😊

The Owner was very helpful in organising a day tour of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. We also upgraded to a better room with a beautiful view of Lichiang for a reasonable additional fee. We were able to wash our clothes in their washing machine & hang them put to dry in our Balcony with a clothes line specially installed for this purpose. Additional hangers were provided as well ! The location was right in the middle of Lichiang Ancient City..and we were easily able to explore this lovely City. Overall it was an excellent experience & we highly recommend this Hotel.

The hotel is located right within the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, and I honestly think it's the best hotel both inside and around the area! You can enter and exit the scenic area 24/7, allowing you to fully enjoy both the day and night views. During Chinese New Year, there were even light and dance shows, making the night scenery mysteriously stunning. The hotel itself is an Instagram-worthy spot with a fantastic design; every photo turns out great, so definitely set aside time to explore it slowly. There's a shuttle cart service from the hotel to the scenic area, and within the area, you can use the shuttle carts or rent a small electric scooter for a fee. I wouldn't recommend walking as it's sunny and vast, not very suitable for the elderly. **Facilities** We stayed in a suite with two rooms, and it was super spacious – easily accommodating our family of six. Snacks, drinks, and water were proactively refilled, which was a thoughtful touch. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't cooling during Chinese New Year, so it was a bit warm during the day. We had to open the windows for ventilation to sleep. The hot spring area incurs an additional charge, so you can experience it if you wish. **Cleanliness** It was clean and tidy, with prompt housekeeping. There were no unpleasant odors, and both public areas and rooms were cleaned very promptly. Drinking water supply was unlimited and delivered to the room as needed. **Dining** The breakfast spread was rich, and the restaurant's location was superb, creating a fantastic ambiance for eating and taking photos. Lunch and dinner were on the pricier side and not very extensive, but the taste was decent. If you have time, I'd recommend heading into Mile city to try local delicacies instead. **Surroundings** It's a 10-minute drive from the high-speed rail station, but a bit far from the city center and the Mile Giant Buddha. For a day trip or two-day trip, I'd suggest booking a private car. The nearby wineries aren't particularly special, so you can skip them. The hotel itself is worth staying at for two or three days, perfect for a vacation. **Summary** High aesthetic appeal, excellent location, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommended for family trips, couples' getaways, especially for those who love taking photos, travel photography, and exploring Dongfengyun in depth!
