Good downtown location Well maintained lobby and convenient restaurants including Starbucks -elevators and entrances were good Polite staff Downside was hairdryer not working and tea kettle was missing- although it was delivered on request Overall a decent experience

A pleasant stay for 2 nights. It is located next to the airport which makes it great for travellers who want to be located near the airport. There’s a walmart nearby the hotel, ideal for some groceries shopping. Room was clean too.

Great! The room was clean and tidy, and for this price in Manhattan, it's a real bargain. The location is excellent too, right next to the subway station. The only minor issue was the high floor, which meant a bit of a wait for the elevator, but overall, I highly recommend it.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the bustling downtown area, making dining and sightseeing incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Empire State Building and Times Square, and the subway is easily accessible for trips to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Central Park. We arrived before check-in time, but the staff, seeing how tired we were, very kindly allowed us to check into our room early. This gesture brought a touch of warmth to us in a strange foreign environment. I hope to have the chance to stay here again next time.

excellent stay, hotel is clean and tidy. receptionists are welcoming and friendly, including Gurmey and Rey, and all others. locations is pretty near mid town tourist spots, everytjing within a 20min walk circle. need a cab to down town tho. it's around 1 hr drive from the airport. if I visit NY again for work, this would be revisit hotel

Very nice hotel staff was very professional and very friendly and thanks for the cookies each day and the cookie jar very convenient to restaurants and our fishing boat

Shabby and rundown hotel, simple breakfast with muffin as the main course. Additionally, the sound proofing in the rooms we're extremely poor as we could hear the sounds of our neighbours resulting in bad sleep. On the other hand rhe location was great as it was next to the highway and the enormous mall with attractions rhat will keep you entertained for days.

The room was decent, but honestly, for the price, it was pretty average. However, given its prime location in downtown NYC, it wasn't overly expensive. Check-in was a bit chaotic, with a long wait in line, and luggage storage wasn't very smooth either. The hygiene was good, and all the facilities were in working order. (The first picture shows the view from the window, the second is a Christmas tree not far from the hotel, and the third was taken at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.)

The water is only ice water. It is still a distance from the waterfall park, and it takes a long time to walk
