It's about a 10-minute drive from Terminal 2. The minibus was a bit small, which was inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage. The ground floor is quite spacious, and the front desk staff were nice. The room was surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations and larger than I thought. The facilities are excellent. Breakfast was very substantial, with both Western and Chinese options. Overall experience was good! 👍

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and warm, making the check-in process very efficient. Our room was spotless, with a great wet/dry bathroom setup and soft, breathable bedding. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including authentic Hainanese noodles which were delicious. The zipline was a thrilling experience! Staff members always greeted guests with a friendly hello and were quick to assist with any requests. Overall, the environment was comfortable and relaxing, with excellent facilities, perfect for both families and couples.

We stayed in rooms 7603 and 7609. The hotel's location is excellent, and the sea view from the sixth floor is beautiful. The service was also good. The downside is that room 03 had a strong musty smell, and in room 09, we found a small gecko. We called the service hotline, and they quickly helped us remove it, but the hotel really should do a thorough check before guests check in. The facilities are very old; the TV only showed channels and was very laggy, and it only had HDMI input, no screen mirroring functionality. The Bluetooth connection on the phone only played sound, so we just went to sleep. In the evening, we went to a nearby restaurant and tried Wenchang chicken; the coconut chicken was quite crispy, and the steamed chicken was very tender – both are worth trying. We also ordered stir-fried beef because we saw many cows on the way, but the beef was very tough, so I wouldn't recommend it. The coconut rice was also quite delicious. The next morning, we went to a nearby mountain to watch the sunrise, but unfortunately, the clouds were too thick, and we couldn't see it.

An unexpectedly stunning seaview B&B! 😎 The service was excellent, very accommodating and helpful. They offered water upon arrival, and the room's AC was already on, making it wonderfully cool. Cleanliness-wise, it seemed quite clean, no major issues. The environment was incredibly serene and therapeutic. The balcony offered an unobstructed sea view; you could open the doors completely and gaze directly at the ocean. Even from bed, you could enjoy the sea view, despite the hot and sunny weather. The B&B has a beautiful common swimming pool that guests can use. The open-plan lobby on the first floor is super photogenic and a great spot to relax and watch the sea. There's a laundry room on the top floor with two washing machines (no dryer), but laundry detergent is provided. There are also facilities for hanging clothes, and given the hot summer sun, clothes hung at night were dry by the next morning. A slight inconvenience is that the seaside town where the B&B is located is not accessible by car. If you're driving, you'll need to park in a designated parking lot (40 per day max), walk a few minutes to the tourist shuttle pick-up point, and then take the shuttle to the hotel. This was the only somewhat troublesome part. I booked the Azure Open Terrace Seaview King Room on the fifth floor, which has an elevator. The room's AC was powerful and kept it very cool, and the shower water pressure was decent. The Laifen hairdryer was a great touch. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out at 12 PM. Since it wasn't a holiday, there weren't many people. During the off-season, it was only around 500-600, which is excellent value for money.

The hotel is located within Tianya Town. Due to town regulations, whether driving or taking a taxi, you can only reach the entrance and then walk in or take a sightseeing buggy. During the day, it's 5 RMB per person, and an extra 1 RMB is added after midnight. We drove there, and Sanya was just a one-night stopover for us before an early morning flight the next day. We weren't aware of the town's regulations beforehand, so when we heard we couldn't drive directly to the hotel, I was a bit uneasy and regretted booking here. However, once we arrived and I saw the sea view from the lobby while checking in, I pretty much forgave the inconvenience of not being able to drive to the door. 😀 Since we were only staying one night, we hadn't booked a sea-view room initially. But after seeing the sea-view rooms next door, we immediately upgraded our room type, which made everything perfect. 😂 The hotel's location is excellent, right on the beach, and there are many dining options nearby. The hotel also has its own sea-view restaurant, and the prices aren't too expensive. The hotel even offers travel photography services, but we didn't have time this trip. During the day, you can do paddleboarding at the beach, and the beach is lively at night. This trip was more of a quick stop to check things out; next time, we'll stay for a few more days to truly enjoy it. Also, a big shout-out to the hotel staff who were very enthusiastic and explained everything clearly. 👍

Overall, my stay was fantastic! The hotel environment was comfortable and spotless, making the entire check-in process smooth and worry-free. My concierge, Zirong, even shared duty-free vouchers, which saved me a good amount of money. The support decorations I requested in advance were perfectly executed, creating an amazing atmosphere. Zirong was patient and attentive throughout, and any requests I had were handled promptly. The thoughtful and thorough service made this stay particularly memorable. A truly perfect experience!

I originally wanted to switch to the Hilton in Yalong Bay for a different experience, but after just one night, I regretted it. The facilities there were a bit old and it was crowded; the overall experience wasn't as good as expected. My whole family unanimously decided: back to the Hyatt! The moment we returned, my family lay on the balcony sofa, feeling the familiar sea breeze, and exclaimed: This is so much better! And there's the familiar, thoughtful service – our butler Momo was consistently enthusiastic. We extended our stay by two more nights this time, and the longer we stayed, the more we realized our first choice was indeed the best one. That night in Yalong Bay was just a learning experience; for the rest of our holiday, we happily entrusted ourselves to the Grand Hyatt Haitang Bay. Thank you, Momo, and thank you, Hyatt, for repeatedly confirming that we made the right choice. Next time we come to Sanya, no more fussing around – we'll head straight here!

This is a high-value courtyard homestay, the overall design of the quiet style, coconut trees, landscape water system, and swimming pool, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the book gallery in the public area, and the arch hall are very stylish The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is also separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, the whole house is intelligently controlled and super convenient, and the lighting and ventilation are very good. His family service is particularly intimate, and the demand response is fast, and the gentleness is like a friend. Convenient travel, convenient parking, not far from eating and shopping around. Cost-effective online, will come next time!

The apartment was really spacious, and having a small independent kitchen was a huge plus. We bought some seafood and cooked it ourselves, which saved us money and allowed us to eat exactly what we wanted. The cleanliness was meticulous; the bathroom had no water stains or strange smells, and the bedding was soft and dry. Even with the lively street outside, it was quiet enough for a good night's sleep.

The room was impeccably clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and tidy. They thoughtfully arranged towel swans, cute plush toy displays, and fresh flowers, even spelling out 'Welcome Home' with greenery. The attention to detail in creating the ambiance was perfect. The staff were warm and attentive, making my entire stay feel comfortable and genuinely like coming home. - Newly Upgraded Facilities | Delightful Dining Options The hotel has opened a new, unique revolving self-service BBQ restaurant. The rustic garden-style decor with rattan lanterns creates a wonderful atmosphere. The revolving counter offers a rich variety of fresh meats, with tender Qiqihar-style fatty beef and original cut ribeye cooked to order. Paired with three secret dipping sauces and lettuce, the BBQ is absolutely delicious. Guests can enjoy an authentic BBQ feast without even leaving the hotel – incredibly convenient for meals. - Gardens & Pool | Epic Sea View Sunset The infinity pool area on the sixth floor has undergone a major renovation. The surrounding lawns have been re-landscaped with lush greenery, creating a pleasant environment. The pool directly faces the stunning mountain and sea views of Dadonghai. At sunset, the sky fills with a gradient of pink and orange hues, and the lights of the entire bay gradually illuminate. The pool water reflects the twilight, and every photo taken is an atmospheric, cinematic sea-view shot. - Rooftop Chill Bar | Full of Vacation Vibes The beachfront chill bar next to the pool has also been upgraded. Underneath the palm trees, there are turquoise sun umbrellas and soft beanbag chairs, with cute panda dolls adorning the coconut trees. You can enjoy the sea breeze while taking in the triple night views of the mountains, sea, and city. An evening drink here is incredibly relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Playing in the water during the day and enjoying the scenery in the evening – it’s a truly fulfilling leisure vacation. My experience a year later is still a perfect score. The rooms, dining, gardens, and recreational facilities have all been comprehensively upgraded. It's suitable for both family and couple getaways, and the value for money is excellent. It's definitely on my list of regular stays in Sanya! ❤️❤️
