This stay exceeded my expectations, absolutely five stars! The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly easy to get around. The front desk staff were warm and professional, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, always with a smile, which made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet elegant decor. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were well-stocked with stable hot water supply. The common areas were clean and tidy, and the elevators ran smoothly. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and the attention to detail is evident. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

During summer vacation, I took my elementary school-aged children to climb Mount Tai. Ctrip picked us up at Jinan Airport and took us to Tai'an, where we stayed at the Wyndham Hotel for two nights. The hotel is relatively new, has a nice environment, and is high-end and classy. I personally think it's probably the most luxurious hotel in Tai'an. The front desk staff was very friendly and even upgraded our room for free. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station, just a few minutes away, and the reservation includes free transfers from the station. The next day, we took the high-speed rail to the Three Confucian Temples Scenic Area and Nishan Academy in Qufu for a round-trip (20 minutes), saving us the hassle of changing hotels with luggage. I'm glad I did my research well and chose the right hotel. I'll definitely choose the Wyndham again next time I visit.

Second time staying at this hotel. The breakfast is excellent and is the best part of the trip. The staff are also accommodating. It’s hard to communicate but as long as you have the translation app on your phone, it will work out. However, the amenities of the hotel is on the older side. They need to update it to become more modern. Bring your own toiletries as the ones they have are drying on the skin and hair. The air-conditioning was not working properly. Though they tried to fix it by wheeling in a portable AC. It still ran hot most days.

I have no complaints about the hotel. We liked the interruption at your place. Very friendly, kind staff. The rooms are clean and everything is functional. You even asked during the cleaning of the room, usually in other hotels the cleaning comes by itself and knocks on the door, while the guests sleep. Your hotel respects the rest of guests and it's nice! Lunch tea and other bonuses for guests are also pleasant. We put the fruit in the room and changed the refrigerator on time. There were queues in the canteen in the morning, but now there are holidays and there are a lot of people in the hotel, it's understandable. There is a lot of food in the dining room, in most cases it is Chinese, but foreigners can also find something to eat for themselves. Thank you for your care and good rest🙏🏻💞

Stepping into the room, I was immediately captivated by the enormous floor-to-ceiling window, offering an unobstructed view of the entire seascape. The room's proximity to the ocean was truly a delight. The tatami design was very thoughtful; sitting there, you not only get the most beautiful sea view but also a fantastic perspective of the red tiles and blue skies of Shinan District. Whether it's the seamless blend of sea and sky during the day or the breathtaking sunset in the evening, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The room was clean, tidy, well-equipped, and the service was excellent. Staying here was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves ocean views; this place is definitely a fantastic choice!

Stayed at hotel 3x times over 2 weeks. Room # 3609 has obvious water seepage issue on the bedroom wall, from the shower water most likely, so do expect some wear and tear, seeing hotel has been around for couple of years already .. Also wish the main toilet was better thought out, with counter space and also space to hang used towels, etc.. Other than that, we are truly happy with hardworking front desk and house-keeping staff who took very good care of us and make the shortfall in the hardware aspect more bearable.

Before check-in, I didn't hear from the butler, so I proactively contacted them and added them to my contacts. I communicated my needs: 1. Baby supplies. 2. A simple arrangement for my birthday. 3. A clean and quiet room. Upon arrival, there were many people checking in. We were given a corner room on the 17th floor. The butler mentioned it had the best side-sea view. However, there was no special decoration in the room. An hour later, staff came to install a bed rail, deliver baby supplies, a balloon, a greeting card, and two eye patches. The staff delivering these items said fruit and cake would be delivered later or arranged by contacting the butler, but they never arrived. I asked if, given it was my birthday and I had a child with me (a double bonus!), they could arrange a small lion toy. They refused and told me to buy one on the first floor. After dinner, we returned to our room. The room next door was being decorated for a wedding. I knew the morning's wedding procession would definitely disturb our sleep! So much for a 'quiet room'! I called the front desk. After confirming, they moved us to a room on the 23rd floor in the same location, which meant another round of packing and unpacking. Once settled, the air conditioning hummed loudly like a blower. I had to call again. They said someone would come, but we waited for half an hour. A maintenance worker arrived with a ladder, fiddled with it for ten minutes, and fixed it. Moving rooms meant reinstalling the bed rail. More waiting. After waiting for housekeeping to install the bed rail, I reported a smoky smell, and they brought an air purifier. By the time we started getting ready for bed, more than an hour had passed since we first re-entered the room. I hurriedly took care of my child and gave feedback to the butler. She apologized and applied for a small gift for the baby. I thought to myself: What about my ruined birthday mood? I'm important too! The next morning, my child wanted to watch cartoons, but the TV's screen mirroring function had issues. It would play for a bit then pop up with a 'playback paused' message. After several repetitions, my child started crying again... The breakfast selection was good, and the taste was acceptable. They cleared the buffet at 10:30 AM, and we arrived at 10:00 AM, so I understand they wouldn't replenish items. However, someone should at least tidy up; it looked like leftover scraps.

We stayed here for a trip to Jinan during the New Year's Day holiday and had a really pleasant experience. Soon after we checked into our room, a staff member called to ask if everything was to our liking, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel breakfast is served on the 49th floor in a revolving restaurant, offering stunning panoramic views of Jinan. It was a truly delightful experience.

The room was very clean, and they even asked me if I wanted housekeeping during my stay. They provided disposable toilet seat covers and soft facial towels, which was a nice touch. The best part is that you open the door directly to the sea. Enjoying breakfast while looking out at the ocean in the morning was absolutely wonderful.

The Orange Crystal Hotel Beijing Sanlitun Taikoo Li boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of Taikoo Li, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The rooms are clean and tidy with new facilities, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The overall design is simple yet stylish, and it offers great value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
