This is a designer hotel, definitely from the master's pen. I don't know if the Achilles and Achilles are a design team. The hotel is good everywhere. This service is difficult to say. Maybe the northerners have a strong personality. Such a luxurious hotel has no service. It's a pity for this store. The design is so good, the room is big enough, the park is very exquisite, and the porridge at night is also very good. It can be said that the boss is very attentive and the team is very pulling. It's a pity! In fact, I came to Jinzhou for this store.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The room was impeccably clean; the bathroom mirror was spotless with no water marks, and the towels were fluffy and odorless. The mattress offered just the right amount of support, and I couldn't hear any corridor noise at night – the soundproofing was perfect. The shower had hot water in 3 seconds with excellent water pressure, and the toiletries had a lovely scent. The most pleasant surprise was the front desk proactively recommending some hidden gem restaurants nearby, which was incredibly thoughtful. The location right next to the business district makes getting around super convenient. Highly recommend!

Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree Hotel are in the same building. The hotel facilities are very good. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. They helped us upgrade the room type for free, and the room was a little bigger. Dinner was eaten in the restaurant on the second floor. The ingredients were very fresh, the dishes were served quickly, the portions were large, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was also a buffet on the second floor and it was also very rich. Facilities: Robots deliver takeout, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, there is a small refrigerator, and it is very clean overall.

I have to give a perfect score to Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager at Hilton Shenyang Shimao! Her professionalism and thoughtfulness completely won me over during this stay. She proactively contacted me before check-in to understand my needs in detail and arranged a high-floor city view room for me in advance, which had an amazing view. The check-in process was efficient and friendly; she patiently answered all my questions and thoughtfully recommended local Shenyang delicacies and sightseeing routes, making me, a first-time visitor, feel incredibly welcome. Throughout my stay, Alisa constantly checked in on my experience, proactively bringing welcome fruits and comforting tea. When a minor issue arose, she coordinated a quick and excellent resolution immediately. Her service was attentive yet unobtrusive; every detail showed her dedication. From check-in to check-out, I felt respected and cared for the entire time. The hotel boasts an excellent location, complete facilities, and clean, comfortable rooms, but Alisa's service was truly the biggest highlight. She exemplified Hilton's hospitality with her professionalism and sincerity, making my trip to Shenyang exceptionally pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenyang, and be sure to seek out Alisa – you won't be disappointed! Five-star review, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

1. The front desk upgraded my room for free. 2. The environment and hygiene were both good; I was quite satisfied. 3. The bathtub was big enough and filled up quickly, which was great for a relaxing soak after a day of hiking. 4. In the hot summer, the mini-fridge should really come with some cold drinks; just mineral water isn't thoughtful enough. 5. The faucet in the room was loose. 6. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, affecting my sleep. 7. The toiletries were of poor quality. Overall, it was still pretty good. The service was a bit stiff, and some of the facilities and amenities should be upgraded, otherwise, they don't quite match the hotel's caliber.

Traveling with a child, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The sports center is fantastic! Besides a standard swimming pool, the changing rooms also have hot tubs, a sauna, and a lounge, open from 6 AM to 11 PM. My child loves swimming and barely showered in the room – the experience was superb. The service for kids is very thoughtful; it's not just one individual, but the overall service level is high. Lisa was very kind. The front desk gave us small gifts during check-in and check-out. The housekeeping staff, noticing we had a child, proactively asked if we needed extra water both days, and always brought four bottles. For dining, we visited the breakfast restaurant on the first floor and Xiang Palace on the second. Adding breakfast at the front desk for 99 CNY per person was more cost-effective than booking a room with breakfast included. The breakfast was decent, offering Lanzhou beef noodles and duck blood vermicelli soup, though the freshly squeezed juices weren't great. Xiang Palace is excellent; we ate there twice. A la carte can be pricey, but they now have more homely dishes. The dim sum buffet for brunch is incredible value for money. After our meal, the head chef even came out to ask for feedback on the taste – it definitely had that five-star quality vibe. The location is unbeatable, right next to Furama and New World, with convenient transportation. I was initially worried the facilities might be old, but they are actually very well maintained. During our stay, we saw staff trimming carpets and cleaning elevators. It's clear that competition in Dalian is fierce now. For this price during the off-season, I can only say it's absolutely impeccable and incredible value.

Overall, I'd give it 4.5 stars. The room decor is typical for an older five-star hotel. Since it was Chinese New Year, some of the hotel's facilities were only partially operational. Breakfast was just okay. The lobby's decor and layout reminded me a lot of the St. Regis in Beijing. There were hardly any Chinese New Year activities. The disposable slippers were really low quality, just like those you'd find at a Hanting Express! However, the room rate was quite low for Chinese New Year, so we can't really complain too much.

Outstanding hotel for the price ! Really great stay there, it’s really chill, big and clean. The service is very nice, staff is friendly and we can see in the details they put a lot of efforts to please the client. For example the changing room for the swimming pool has a wide locker with already a towel and slippers waiting for you inside. The gym has lemon tea and water fountain available at several area. The swimming pool is great, there is also a sauna. And special mention for the gym that is outstanding ! It basically has the same equipments as a small professional gym ! If you are like me and you don’t want to compromise to much on your gym plan during the vacations, this hotel is perfect ! I will upload many photos of it so you can check by yourself all that is available gym friends !

Lovely experience. The staff were helpful, I arrived early and they managed to give me a room. The breakfast spread is amazing! It’s right in front of the subway station and I could walk to the theatre opposite, which worked out really well as I was there to attend a concert. There was even a little rooftop garden at the restaurant level. Didn’t have time to use the amazing fitness facilities. Would love to stay again.

YyuanaitThis hotel doesn't live up to its reputation as the 'best in the Northeast.' First, the doorman didn't help with our luggage. The trash cans by the elevators were overflowing with garbage (including Pop Mart packaging) and hadn't been emptied for a long time. The lobby being on a higher floor is actually quite inconvenient. The elevator shaft was incredibly noisy due to wind. Secondly, there were no welcome fruits. After asking, it still took a long time for them to be delivered. When we checked in, our room wasn't ready, so we left our luggage at the lobby's baggage storage. We came back to the hotel after dinner, around 5 PM, and our luggage still hadn't been sent to the room! When we asked the duty manager, the explanation was that they were short-staffed due to the holiday and couldn't manage it. Thirdly, the hotel management is chaotic. There were influencers taking selfies everywhere in the entrance area, and no one stopped them (see video). I asked a hotel staff member on that floor, and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Pros: The room size is decent, and breakfast was good.

GGuest UserThe room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with comfortable bedding. Staff members Huang Zitao, JJ Lin, and Jackson Yee provided outstanding service. Huang Zitao was warm, friendly, and professional. JJ Lin and Jackson Yee gave a detailed explanation of the check-in process and even offered to connect on WeChat, assuring us they would respond immediately to any needs throughout our stay. This trip was to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a special cake and fruit, which was a wonderful touch. We were extremely satisfied.

XXiongshifujiang-For my trip to Dalian, I chose to stay at The Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel. This neoclassical building, perched halfway up Lotus Mountain, is a landmark of Xinghai Bay itself. From a distance, its spires and arches evoke a fairytale Bavarian castle, making it a 'photographer's paradise.' From the moment I stepped in, the high-ceilinged lobby with its crystal chandeliers, angel frescoes on the walls, and the melodious piano music—every detail exuded regal luxury and sophistication. The spiral staircase was an absolute perfect spot for photos, where every shot looked like a vintage masterpiece. I booked a Grand Sea View Balcony Room. Upon check-in, the front desk staff not only processed everything efficiently but also thoughtfully provided welcome fruit and a handwritten card. The room continued the European palace style, with velvet sofas, decorative vintage fireplaces, and Baccarat crystal lamps, all exuding a sense of quality. The most delightful feature was the magnificent 180-degree floor-to-ceiling window, offering an unobstructed panoramic view of Xinghai Bay as soon as you opened it. The traffic on the cross-sea bridge sparkled in harmony with the ocean's waves, and at sunset, the sea was awash in an orange-pink glow—a truly spectacular sight. The room's amenities were designed for ultimate comfort; the toiletries were refreshing citrus-scented Atelier Cologne, and even the disposable items felt high-quality. As someone who appreciates attention to detail, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's dining options were extensive and of high quality. Breakfast was a fusion buffet of Chinese and Western dishes, featuring not only standard bread, coffee, and hot entrees but also Dalian's local specialties like seafood porridge, freshly made seafood pancakes, and stir-fried mung bean jelly (chao menzi). The fresh salmon sashimi and warm egg tarts were particularly unforgettable. The policy of free breakfast for children under 1.2 meters also makes it ideal for families. In the afternoon, I enjoyed a castle-themed afternoon tea at the Lobby Lounge. The three-tiered silver stand held exquisite and tempting delights like crabmeat tarts and macarons, paired with a pot of Earl Grey tea. Sitting by the window enjoying the sea view provided a complete sense of occasion. The Royal Beer House on the fifth floor offers brewed German beer, perfect for an evening drink in an authentic German setting, while the Royal Club on the 20th floor provides breathtaking panoramic sea views, making it an excellent spot for relaxation. In terms of facilities, the hotel's heated indoor pool had pristine water and was surrounded by lush greenery, resembling a secret forest oasis. The 24-hour panoramic gym was equipped with top-of-the-line Technogym machines, with treadmills facing the sea, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery while working out. The hotel also features a dedicated Castle Kids' Club, offering themed rooms and exclusive toiletries for children, and even providing bed rails, making it incredibly family-friendly. The concierge service was extremely thoughtful, offering electric buggy transfers by appointment, which avoided the inconvenience of walking up the mountain roads. Occasionally, we even spotted pheasants and deer within the grounds, adding a delightful touch to the trip. The location is another major advantage of the hotel. Xinghai Square is just a 10-minute walk away, where you can feed seagulls, watch the sunset, and enjoy the light show on the cross-sea bridge in the evening. Xinghai Ocean World is about a 10-minute taxi ride, and both Tiger Beach and Bangchuidao Scenic Area are only a 20-30 minute drive away, making transportation very convenient. Overall, The Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dalian, with its unique castle architecture, unbeatable mountain and sea views, attentive service, and comprehensive facilities, was the highlight of my Dalian trip. Whether for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a business trip, this is an excellent choice. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dalian.

GGuest UserPullman Dalian is an excellent hotel, especially because of its location. Many great restaurants, a night market, and the Pavilion shopping mall are all within walking distance. There is also a Lawson convenience store nearby that operates 24 hours, which makes it very convenient to buy anything you might need. The staff were also extremely kind and helpful. In particular, a staff member named Cathy who assisted us with check-in and check-out left a very strong impression. During our trip it happened to be our birthday, and Cathy kindly celebrated with us by preparing a cake and even helping us arrange a late check-out. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Since it was our first time visiting Dalian, her kindness helped us enjoy the trip with peace of mind. The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful. The night before we had a few beers and left the studio area a bit messy, but the room was cleaned and organized perfectly the next day. We really appreciated their effort. In addition, the beer pub located on the B1 floor was also excellent. They had live music performances, and one of the singers even sang a Korean song for us. We were very touched and truly grateful for the experience. Dalian itself seems like a wonderful travel destination, with great food, plenty to see, and very friendly people. If any of my friends plan to visit Dalian, I will definitely recommend staying at Pullman. And if I come back to Dalian again, I will certainly book Pullman again as well.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a fantastic location. Right outside, you'll find a scenic viewing platform, conveniently situated between Gates 3 and 4. For just 20 RMB, you can enjoy unlimited rides on the shuttle bus all day, which conveniently connects all gates from 1 to 7. Gates 3 and 7 offer water activities, while Gate 6 features a charming beach dotted with pink tents. If you're looking for dining options, Gates 1 and 2 have a wider selection. In the evenings, Gate 3 also hosts vibrant stage performances. The hotel rooms are generously sized. Photos 1, 7, and 10-13 below were all taken from the hotel balcony, showcasing the stunning views. In the evenings, you can clearly hear the lively buzz from the Gate 3 performances, and at 9:30 PM, you're treated to the spectacular fireworks display from Discoveryland. It's also a perfect spot to catch the sunrise in the morning.

QQingnichizhajiaThis New Year's Day holiday, I brought my child to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Dalian. The hotel boasts a 41st-floor sky lobby with first-class sea views. Knowing we were bringing a child, they thoughtfully prepared an L-shaped bed rail and kids' toiletries. They asked for our arrival time and, as soon as we got out of the car, enthusiastically escorted us up to check in, with our luggage delivered directly to the room. My child's favorite part was the Four Seasons' pool. With two kids' pools and one main pool, the deepest being 0.9 meters, it's very family-friendly. Having such a warm experience in winter in Dalian made us want to stay in the hotel all the time. The breakfast is also particularly commendable. It opens at 6:30 and offers a wide variety, from baked goods to noodles, stir-fries, fruits, vegetables, and various egg preparations – fresh, abundant, and healthy. The egg tarts and mackerel dumplings are especially worth trying. Starting the day with first-class sea views is truly enjoyable. The room also offers turn-down service, proactively providing ice and replenishment, demonstrating meticulous and unparalleled service. Special thanks to Kakakoo, Adale, Samantha, and Kayla for their exceptionally thoughtful and detailed service during our stay.

MM292377****This is a fantastic beachfront resort, you definitely won't regret coming here. **Facilities:** The temperature was perfect, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. The room had a large soaking tub, and there was another one on the balcony – I can only imagine how relaxing and refreshing it would be to soak there while looking at the sea in summer. The toilet was smart, and all the toiletries were comprehensive and from well-known brands, even the toothpaste was Ora. **Cleanliness:** It was very clean, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was excellent. **Environment:** A super sea-view room, the environment speaks for itself. At night, you can lie in bed and enjoy the sea view and stargaze. In the morning, you wake up to the sunrise over the ocean 🌅, which is incredibly romantic. The beachfront environment is also exceptionally good, especially in winter with beautiful Christmas trees that light up at night, creating a wonderful atmosphere for taking memorable photos. **Service:** There's a one-on-one dedicated butler service. They meticulously answer all your questions and have a superb service attitude. **Soft Drinks & Snacks:** The room provides snacks and bottled water, and the breakfast selection is very rich. A special shout-out to the tea-marinated eggs (cháyè dàn) – they were so delicious, the best I've ever had! I definitely want to come back again in the summer!

TtianyucThis is a relatively new hotel in Zhongshan District, located within Furama International. It's true that many hotels share this building, but the elevators are quite convenient. The soundproofing of the hotel walls is excellent, and the water pressure in the shower is really strong, so much so that I even had to turn it down a bit. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but there are some Dalian specialties, and the service staff are very friendly.
