Enjoyed our stay in Bintan and it was a great choice to choose Four Points. Breakfast at Rempah Restaurant has a great variety. My kids enjoy the kids club and activities provided. We didnt really travel out to explore bintan as we wanted the kids to chill and enjoy the pool and beach. Nearest food options and small shopping area at plaza lagoi is just 5mins walking distance. Cons: we actually booked cabana king room for our stay as we wanted more space for the kids to move around, it was featured at 50m2 room which is bigger than normal room. When we first checked into the room we paid, the room seems a bit run down and to make it worst, the outdoor cabana was soaking wet! We requested for a downgrade to normal room without a cabana. And the price difference for both room for 4d3n is $200 plus. I tried asking for any meal vouchers or dining credits in view of the stark price difference, but didnt get any. 😣

Continue my aged bday on the second day in batam. With friend referral after they stay before. We booked this hotel during this trip for a three nites stay to lepark and rejuvenate. Usually we will choose a hotel with pool and gym too. But this time, we booked in advance via trip.com and got a very great deal. The check-in is very efficient handle by front desk executive , me Julios. (Very friendly and polite). Although we arrived an hour earlier, we got check-in instantly. I really appreciate the great surprise upon entering the studio suite. My partner have quietly arranged with the hotel for a birthday room deco. The hotel went to the great extend to offer us a complimentary birthday deco surprise (with a complimentary special hotel soft towel set) I took the hotel kind wishes and brought the printed deco banner to all the places we visit too (still in progress. Bhahaha) Everything is so wonderful at artotel batam. Thanks always 👍

Stayed at Woda Villa & Spa Batam and had a generally pleasant experience. Pros: The location is very convenient, as it’s close to the town area, making it easy to access shops and restaurants options. The 2-bedroom villa is spacious and comfortable, great for families or small groups. Toiletries were also well provided, with sufficient amenities for the stay. Cons: The private pool is on the smaller side, which may be a bit limiting if you’re looking to fully relax or swim. There were quite a number of mosquitoes, although the villa does provide repellent which helps. The breakfast buffet spread is also quite limited, so don’t expect a wide variety of options. Overall: A good stay for those looking for a spacious villa in a convenient location, but with some minor drawbacks in facilities and dining variety

The hotel is very clean and smell nicely. Room is spacious. Love to repeat again every time I came to Batam. Location is also nice. 5 star

The hotel was great. As soon as we exited the pier, we saw someone holding a sign to pick us up, no need to pre-arrange with the hotel. The staff were warm and thoughtful. The only thing was that during our three-day stay, I didn't encounter any staff who spoke Chinese, even though I remember seeing a Chinese service label. But that's not important; the staff were cheerful and enthusiastic, and that's what truly matters. It was incredibly windy in February, not sure if that's a bug or a feature though! 😂

During the check-in process, while verifying our guest identities using our passports, the front desk staff noticed my parents' birthdates. Without us even asking, they thoughtfully offered to provide a plastic stool for the shower to make things safer and easier for them. It is rare to see an administrative process turn into such genuine, proactive care! Security is also tightly managed, and the front desk service is available 24/7, ensuring complete peace of mind 🛁 Cleverly Designed, Spacious Bathroom The bathroom area was a pleasant surprise: The Shower: It is exceptionally clean and spacious. The layout is so generous that I easily managed to fit my 160\text{ cm} wide portable bathtub inside the stall with room to spare, turning the shower into a private spa setup. The Vanity Space: While the sink counter itself is on the smaller side and doesn't hold many toiletries, the design compensates perfectly with a wide second shelf underneath the sink area. It kept all our extra items neatly tucked away but within arm's reach. 🍜 Impressive Breakfast Buffet & Local Delicacies The breakfast spread at Oasia Bistro was varied, fresh, and delicious. For our first time in Batam, it served as a perfect introduction to local flavors: Indonesian Specialties: The buffet featured authentic Indonesian delicacies alongside standard international options, including a fun DIY ”Noodle Station” featuring classic local instant noodles with various condiments and fresh ingredients. The Bakery Station: They have an incredible assortment of pastries (like freshly baked Danishes, Palmiers, and Kouign-Amann), but the absolute star was the Pandan Toast Bread. It is a highly unique local twist on standard toast that you definitely shouldn't miss. 📌 Summary Whether you are traveling for leisure or with elderly family members, this hotel balances high-level security, excellent accessibility considerations, and fantastic dining. Highly recommended, and I will definitely book this room type through Trip.com again!

Stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan with my toddler and had a mix of positive and negative experiences. We booked a pool access room, which was extremely convenient with a young child. Service throughout our stay was excellent, and the team was always helpful. They also assisted with printing our ferry boarding passes and arranged the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal. The food at Warung Pak Lagoi was decent, and the service there was especially attentive. The restaurant also offers free koi fish feeding, which my toddler enjoyed. On our last day, the fish food had run out, but a lovely staff member went the extra mile to get us a small packet so my child could still participate. The shuttle to Plaza Lagoi runs hourly, but if you miss it, you'll have to wait for the next one, so plan accordingly. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The Kids Club was quite disappointing compared to the photos online, with very limited activities, missing items and play options available. There was also power trip on our first night. As our toddler was already asleep, changing rooms wasn't a practical option for us. More concerning was that the entire resort experienced two power outages on our second night. We happened to be outdoors during one of them, and the blackout was completely pitch dark. It was quite frightening as we weren't holding our toddler's hand at that exact moment and couldn't see anything around us. Overall, the staff and service were the highlights of our stay, but the repeated power outages and underwhelming Kids Club made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

Requested for a higher floor away from the bar but got a room on the 6th floor, just right above the bar on the 3rd floor. Rooms are not sound proof so we could hear the bar playing music till midnight plus we can hear sounds from the other room when walking in the corridor. On our last day we decided to have the hotel breakfast and the live meat grilling station started producing a lot of smoke, making the entire hotel lobby choked up with smoke due to poor ventilation. Had to shift outdoors to continue our meal. Location is also far from most attractions but it was not much of a problem since grab rides are easily available an affordable.

My gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air. The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesn’t have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly. Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didn’t use their Wifi so can’t really comment on that. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment! All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^

We recently stayed here and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff mentioned we had just missed the end-of-May crowd, so the resort was incredibly calm and peaceful. It felt so serene, and we were even among the only ones in the pool all day. The pool was a great size and very relaxing, with plenty of sun chairs available. What We Loved: - Our room was extremely clean with no faults at all. We were upgraded to an Ocean View room, and the views were just beautiful. - The breakfast buffet had a great and delicious selection. Having 5 different dining options on site was excellent because the food never felt repetitive. We highly recommend trying the Lamb Shank at the Recreational Village! - We took some classes which were fun to attend. There was no booking required, which was great because it kept our schedule completely flexible. - The free shuttle service from the BBT Ferry Terminal was very convenient. - The service staff were all so friendly and attentive to our needs. A huge thank you to Kinasih in particular, who served us both poolside and at the Recreational Village. He is such a friendly guy and provided top-notch service. Some Minor Improvements: - Upon arrival, our luggage was accidentally left behind at the ferry terminal, though it was sorted out. - It was a bit hard to find information about the resort at first, such as the in-room dining menu, directions to the Recreation Village, and details for Chocolate Hour. Most of this was on the TV portal, but our TV was not set up to show it when we first turned it on, so we didn’t know about it until the next day. - An introduction to the facilities placed in the rooms or explained by the check-in staff would have been very useful. - We much prefer having physical menus rather than QR codes everywhere, and having physical signs for Chocolate Hour would be a good touch. Overall though, this is a wonderful resort with great food and excellent staff. We had a very relaxing holiday and would love to come back!
