"Review: Modern, Spacious, and Functional Stay The Good: • Contemporary Design: The room has a lovely, minimalist aesthetic. The combination of light wood finishes and the wood-textured accent wall in the bathroom gives the space a warm, "homey" yet professional feel. • Ample Space: Unlike many standard hotel rooms, this one feels very breathable. There is a massive amount of storage in the built-in wardrobes and plenty of desk space, making it perfect for digital nomads or long-term travelers. • Well-Equipped Bathroom: The bathroom is a highlight. I appreciated the separate glass shower partition and the inclusion of a bidet sprayer. Having a proper water heater unit in the shower ensures a consistently warm experience. • Comfortable Layout: The seating area by the window is a nice touch for morning coffee, and the AC unit is well-positioned to cool the entire room effectively. Verdict: A solid choice for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and spacious room. The large desk and storage make it much more functional than a typical cramped hotel room. I would definitely stay here again."

"We pay 2 bedroom Deluxe pool view on Tripcom. But on the day we arrive they said full, left 1 bedroom for us only. NO refunds, NO compensation, NO subsidies, and they didn't even provide their prized Thai cuisine. If this review is deleted by the hotel, I will spread it across all major media platforms. I just want to warn the people don’t simply be fool by this hotel."

"The hotel is located in Central Hatyai and Makro area, which are the great places for shopping. Wiith standbyTuktuk car, able to reach Lee Garden area around 10min, Hat Yai village around 20 min. The hotel also well equipped with Fridge, and Hot shower. Suggestion for improvement, the toilet in the room should install ventilation / vacumn device as odour not easy to be cleared."

"The bed is clean, aircond is so cool, has tv but only thai channels, the shower is warm enough. This hotel is around 2km away from lee garden. Book a Maxim ride for 55 - 70 baht per trip. Food is cheaper here than lee garden but massage is slightly more expensive. Roughly around 350 baht per hour whereas at lee garden you can easily get 200 baht. Nearby asean night bazaar and greenway night market are walking distance"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and the whole hotel smelled so nice from the moment I walked in. The staff looked great and provided excellent service. The Wi-Fi was super fast, and I loved that I could order food straight to my room with the room service. The room also had an iron, which was very convenient. There are vending machines for convenience, and even a Tao Bin machine where you can order drinks inside the hotel. The location is also very good close to convenience stores and not far from Central, which made everything easy. The hotel also offers a morning call service and can help call public transport, which was really helpful. One of my favorite parts was the library room quiet and cozy, perfect for reading and relaxing. In the room provides free drinking water every day, complimentary snacks, and amenities that made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I was really impressed. I’ll definitely come back next time!"

"I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel."
