Hohhot Fumengjia Hotel
"I had a truly excellent stay at Fumengjia Hotel in Hohhot. Right after I made my reservation, the hotel responded very quickly through Trip.com messages and had my booked room fully prepared in advance. The original room was facing the sun, but since I have a sunlight allergy, I requested a room change the next day. The staff responded immediately and arranged the change without any delay, which I really appreciated. Every day when I returned from outside, my room had been fully serviced and perfectly cleaned. This is exactly how a hotel should operate. One evening, I wanted to order food delivery but didn’t have a Chinese phone number. I asked the reception for help, and they kindly assisted me without hesitation. Their friendliness made a big difference. Overall, I am extremely happy with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The room is very comfortable, and the bed is exceptionally cozy—I slept very well throughout my stay. Every time I entered the room, the curtains opened automatically and the AI voice assistant greeted me, which felt modern and welcoming. This is a truly outstanding hotel. Special thanks to …… (name to be added), the manager, whose professionalism and care made my stay even better. But after we leave the hotel, my Victorinox multifunctional pocket knife was stolen from my suitcase. Maybe that was my fault, because I didn’t locked my suitcase."
Bayan Tara Hotel
"Location very good, it's not good to clean room, I didn't like the breakfast, The building was safe, the elevator was far from the main entrance. I like price."
Vyluk Hotel (Hohhot Xinhua Plaza)
"The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the front desk service was excellent."

IntercityHotel Hohhot Inner Mongolia Museum
"The Intercity brand generally maintains a good standard, and the staff service was fine. They even upgraded my room and gave me a welcome gift. All the young staff were smiling, apologetic, and said they'd follow up, but they weren't very effective at solving problems; it felt more like internal fussing. Not a big deal, though. The real problem was the air conditioning; it didn't cool in either of our two rooms, which is just unbearable. Staying here is a gamble on whether your AC will work, and don't believe the staff if they say it does, because they don't even know. Once you check in, the suffering begins. I even suspect management might be secretly turning off the AC at night to cut costs. There are quite a few better options at this price point. The breakfast quality wasn't as good as the Zhenhua Plaza branch either."
Hohhot Baiyi Hotel (MixC Mall)
"It's a very new hotel, the rooms are spacious and quite nice, the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, a small walk-in closet, and a separate sink... The only slightly disappointing thing is that the air conditioning was turned off early. During the National Day holiday, the daytime temperature was actually quite high, so the room wasn't cool, and people who are sensitive to heat might not sleep well at night... The receptionist, Wen Zihan, was friendly and kind, and seeing we were tired from our journey, she brought us breakfast; the breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. I hope the service will be even better in the future, and that all quality control will be maintained."
Xincheng Hotel
"This hotel was not so clean., never vacuum the carpet and after clean they dont put the soup and toothbrush ect… even water"
Wanda Vista Hohhot
"Looking back through my photo album, I realized I last stayed here in 2017. Nine years have flown by, and the hotel is still really well-maintained. The service is great, and the gym is pretty good too. Honestly, there's hardly anything to complain about."
Huamao Grand Hotel Hohhot
"Five stars, highly recommend! This stay absolutely exceeded my expectations! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was blown away. The high ceilings made the space feel grand and bright, and the crystal chandeliers paired with marble flooring gave it a luxurious touch. Even more delightful was the Mongolian-style performance – the soulful melody of the morin khuur (horse-head fiddle) and the singer's vocals created such an immersive atmosphere, instantly transporting me to the grasslands! The refreshments were also incredibly thoughtful, featuring traditional snacks like dairy products and fried millet. Even the tableware was adorned with Mongolian elements, making for fantastic photo opportunities! From the hardware facilities to the cultural details, everything was exceptionally well done. Choosing to stay here in Hohhot was definitely the right decision! I'll be back next time!"
Crowne Plaza HOHHOT CITY CENTER by IHG
"The hotel facilities are excellent, and the member service is thoughtful. The Executive Lounge's happy hour is fantastic, offering seven or eight hot dishes. The pork ribs stewed with sauerkraut and potatoes was incredibly delicious; I look forward to tasting it again next time. In the evening, you can overlook Hohhot from the lounge. My stay coincided with the 'Er Yue Er' festival and the Spring Equinox, and from the lounge, the fireworks were spectacular – truly the best kind of 'human touch.' I didn't take pictures of the room, but I did photograph the lounge's food for everyone to see."
Phoenix Hotel
"# Air China Building Hotel - During the May Day holiday, I had the honor to come to the city of Hohhot, and Air China Hotel added many wonderful memories to my journey. - The moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt full of sincerity. Although the hotel is a bit old, the environment is still very beautiful, clean and comfortable. What surprised me even more was that there was a welcome fruit plate in the room, as well as local high-quality Inner Mongolian milk, which not only satisfied the taste buds, but also made me feel the warm hospitality of the hotel. Moreover, the congratulations to our brick-moving workers on the welcome card made me feel that the hotel was really very considerate, as if a friend from afar was welcoming me, and the distance was instantly shortened. - The transportation location is impeccable, the subway is right next to the hotel, and travel is very convenient. Whether it is to go to the city to play or to other attractions, it can be easily reached. Moreover, the general's mansion is opposite the hotel, which allows me to appreciate the unique charm of this historical and cultural building at any time while staying, adding a lot of fun to the trip. - This time staying at Air China Hotel, I gained a very good experience. Thanks to every staff of the hotel. It is your dedication and hard work that made my trip in Hohhot more perfect. Next time I come to Hohhot, I will definitely choose to stay at Air China Hotel!"
LinchuanshanShe·you/me+ Homestay
"The worst experience of staying in a homestay! ! ! 1️⃣Privacy. There is no privacy at all. The courtyard is open and guests whether staying or not can come in to visit. I was watched while sitting in the living room by people leaning on the door and pushing the door open. 🙂 I was confused at the time. I stayed there for two days with the curtains open. I was watched like a monkey. But if I don’t draw the curtains, I can’t see the scenery. What is the advantage of this B&B? 2️⃣ The facilities in the room, the wash basin will smell bad, if you forget to turn off the switch of the wash basin at night, you will be woken up by the smell. The equipment for bathing is a water heater, which is not enough for two people to bathe one after another, because the water will turn cold halfway through the bath. Central air conditioning heating doesn't work! ! ! The temperature in this large glass room is quite low at night. I turned on the air conditioner and found that it was blowing cold air. I asked the front desk to adjust it, but it was still blowing cold air... On the first day of check-in, a big wasp flew into the room. If you get stung, you will feel a big swelling immediately. 3️⃣Service, it makes me laugh when I talk about it. I checked in on the 15th, and asked them to change the sheets and clean the house on the 16th. They only changed the sheets, and didn't take care of the garbage on the floor and the trash can in the bathroom. I asked them a second time, and the auntie came to clean, but she just swept the floor, didn't wipe the sink, didn't put any toothbrushes... I asked the front desk lady to deliver it again. I asked them to clean the house on the 17th, but the trash can in the living room was not taken care of, the trash can in the bathroom was not covered with a bag, and the garbage on the floor was not even swept out. I told the manager, and he said that it is usually cleaned once per guest or once every three days. I was really upset when I saw such quibbling. I have absolutely no good impression of this homestay, and can only rate it as bad 👎 4️⃣At 10 o'clock in the morning on the 18th, I was still sleeping when the cleaning lady kept knocking on the door. I asked her what was going on and she said she thought we had left? ? ? ? I feel like I'm being forced to leave."
Hohhot
"This village home stay is fantastic. The staff / family customer service is excellent and they really made us feel at home. We stayed 6 days and would love to come back. Since we didn't have a car, they gave us 2 bicycles to use. We rode into then mountains and into the town center. A lovely place to stay."

Meiyuan Luxury Hotel (Hohhot East Station Museum)
"This check-in experience is directly full, and it must be praised by five stars. The hotel is conveniently located, and it can reach the subway station, surrounding shopping malls and food shops within a few minutes' walk. It is very good to travel in the neighborhood without worrying about foraging."
Jingran Yudu Smart Hotel
"Room was pretty clean and comfy. It is 4 hotels in 1 building on different floors. The hotel rooms walls are pretty thin i could hear what my neighbors were watching all night."
James Joyce Coffetel Elite
"The room was spacious, warm, and very comfortable. The service was excellent. Breakfast was even better than what you'd find at hotels like Rujia, Hanting, or All Seasons – freshly prepared, healthy, and nutritious. This is definitely my go-to hotel for business trips."
Home2 Suites by Hilton Hohhot Jokhang Temple
"The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the Great Mosque and Wide and Narrow Alleys. Plus, you can easily get delivery from all the restaurants you want to try. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the hotel amenities provided are all of good quality – special shout-out to the tissues! Breakfast was delicious too; there was always something I liked every day. The only downside was a slight smoky smell in the hallway."
Coffetel Hotel (Changle Palace Moore City)
"Overall the hotel is fine with good room service. The location is perfect and close to all good attractions and city center. Unfortunately, the hotel staff never spoke any other languages except Chinese. However, they were helpful and eager to communicate. No laundry service available or I couldn't find any. The wifi was ok, but there were restrictions to our use, and TV had no any other channels other than Chinese. I would definitely recommend friends and others when time comes."
Menfut Hotel
"I chose this hotel for its convenient location near International Mongolia Hospital. The rooms were very clean, the staff were helpful, and the hotel was comfortably warm. The smart room control system was easy to use and worked well."
Tianhao Hotel
"The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel staff were very helpful. This 3-day, 2-night trip to Hohhot included visiting several attractions, all of which were fantastic and highly recommended!"
Jinyi Preferred Hotel (Hohhot East Railway Station Wanda Plaza Branch)
"I have to give a huge shout-out to the service here! From the moment I arrived at the parking lot, a concierge helped me with my luggage. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by the front desk lady's warm smile and a welcoming 'Welcome home,' which instantly washed away my travel fatigue. Seeing that I had a child, they specially arranged a quiet room for me and thoughtfully provided kids' slippers and a toiletries set. The next day, I accidentally left my charger in the room when checking out. After calling the front desk, they quickly located it and proactively offered to mail it back to me. This isn't just superficial service; it's a genuine spirit of anticipating guests' needs, making me feel cared for like family. This warmth far exceeded the value of the hotel's physical amenities."
