My friend took a shower, and after she finished, we discovered that there was no proper water drainage. The bathroom flooded completely, and the water even reached the entrance. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was very substantial and filling. The hotel has standard four-star amenities, with a spacious and bright lobby bar on the first floor. Parking is available right at the door, convenient for drivers and others. The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. They even offered to help me book a table at a restaurant. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and if you're looking for a good location, this hotel is worth staying at."

"I stayed from August 12th to 16th. The hotel manager's service attitude was appalling! Unfriendly. Hotel cleanliness: filthy. Guests were out all day, and when they returned, the hotel wasn't cleaned. The front desk staff were unprofessional and unable to provide quality service. Is it possible for one guest to check in twice at the same hotel?! My Ctrip order (which I cancelled) was refused by the hotel! A colleague placed a duplicate order on Qunar and successfully checked in. I don't understand, I don't get it. Is it just for profit? This really happens! And it's this overseas hotel that Ctrip partners with. This is a formal report! The situation is true!"
