Staff service from an Asian lady at reception was transactional during our first check in. When we returned 2 days later, the african staff was warm and hospitable. Both days we got early check in. Breakfast spread was decent, but better than other hotels we stayed in Germany. Room size was good, just that the water pressure was a little low."

"The location of Rosewood Munich is absolutely fantastic, a must-stay for anyone who loves shopping – it's close to everything. The pool and sauna facilities are excellent, boasting an exquisite aesthetic that feels luxurious without being gaudy. There's a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home. I'll definitely be visiting other Rosewood properties in the future. I personally feel the hotel's design is a cut above the Regent in Hong Kong. Also, the prices for the restaurant dishes and desserts are surprisingly fair, even cheaper than some very ordinary restaurants in Stuttgart. Even if you're not staying here, it's a great spot to grab a meal, considering the superb ambiance."

"The reception was indifferent and unfriendly. When booking, I specified the need for latex pillows and an extra luggage rack in the special requests section, but neither was provided upon check-in. The concierge's service was better. At check-out, I requested the frontdesk to help with my luggage, but no one came to assist. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also poorly attended to; the service was lukewarm and indifferent, perhaps due to the restaurant's high demand. The food quality was mediocre and did not live up to the website's claim of being the top restaurant in Munich. The Deluxe Room we booked online was advertised as 35-38 square meters, but the actual room was much smaller than expected. In short, aside from the location, everything else fell short of expectations, earning only a mediocre rating. I would likely not stay there again or recommend it to friends; perhaps my expectations were too high, leading to greater disappointment."
