I booked this hotel because I had an early 7 AM flight. It's easily accessible from Queenstown via bus route 1, and bus route 3 takes you to a supermarket near the airport, which is super convenient. I had originally planned to walk to the airport (about a 20-minute walk), but I easily caught a taxi at 5 AM for 20 NZD. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive, especially a lady with a French accent. The front desk closes after 8 PM, but you can self-check-in/out with a key card. The room itself was well-equipped, thoughtfully laid out, clean, and tidy, with kitchen facilities and a washing machine.

We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

The hotel environment is very good. The boss lady is a Chinese sister. She is very nice and gave me milk. It is very quiet here and very close to the scenic area. There is a McDonald's and a gas station ten meters away. There is a fish and chips restaurant 100 meters away. It is also opened by Chinese people. It is delicious but not friendly. In short, the hotel is very clean and sanitary, with a good location, convenient and fast, and convenient parking.

The price was great, really affordable. Parking is limited, and many spots without the hotel's logo require payment, so be careful not to make a mistake. Overall, the room conditions were excellent, and there's a simple, free gym. It's a 5-minute drive to Queenstown Airport and 15 minutes to the city center, so it's right by the airport – perfect for those with a car. There's also a washing machine, dryer, and a heated towel rail.

The lake view room was beautiful, and the free parking was very convenient. It's about a 20-minute walk to Queenstown city center. The room had two large beds, and while the facilities felt a bit dated, it's still highly recommended!

The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a great city view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The facilities were also impressive, especially the indoor pool and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I booked this hotel well in advance, but for some reason, they didn't give me the room type I reserved. They told me they were fully booked, which felt like an overbooking situation. They changed my room to one facing the road with two separate beds. Plus, the room directly across from me was under renovation, and there was a noticeable smell, as shown in the picture. My child and I had to squeeze onto one small bed, which was a bit cramped. The room facing the road was really noisy. The air conditioning in this room wasn't good either; it was quite cold all night. Thankfully, Trip.com was very helpful and arranged for me to switch rooms tomorrow, back to my original reservation. The original room type, which was what I initially booked, was much better. The air conditioning was warmer, and the room was more spacious. The location is good, and parking is in an underground garage.

The staff are nice and friendly. Good to have the water refill machine at the lobby and the hotel room is clean and tidy. The only issue is they have a limited number of carpark space and need to book for the carpark space in advance, but there are still lots of public street parking space next to the hotel as well. So generally everything is good and worth for money!

Mainly located by Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown, the scenery is absolutely stunning, and the service is incredibly attentive. They even made sure we had a lake-view room, so we could wake up to beautiful lake and mountain views every morning. It's also only a 30-minute walk from Queenstown town center.

Just a five-minute taxi ride from the airport. You can take a water taxi to the town center, and you can buy a Bee card right at the front desk. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and a morning stroll by the lake is incredibly refreshing. The room itself is also very spacious.
