Hot Springs Hotels in Hainan, China

The room was great. I have to thank Trip.com, as I booked the wrong dates and they helped me get a full refund for those days, which I really appreciate. However, the Eurotel is supposed to be a bit grander. My parents and I booked a suite, and I was going to sleep on the sofa for a night. I asked for an extra blanket, but the service here is quite inconsistent. The last staff member I spoke to helped me with the blanket, but the previous ones all said they didn't have any. It's not a big deal, but these small things make you feel uncomfortable. They told me all the blankets were checked out and there were no spares, but there were plenty of empty rooms online. Are you really telling me you'd rather leave rooms empty than give a guest an extra blanket? I ended up getting quite angry and complaining to customer service. Who wants to lose their temper during the New Year holiday?! Although it was eventually resolved, it still left a bad taste in my mouth.

Let me first say, hotels are always looking for a good review, but I will only give a good review if I honestly feel they deserve it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Qixian~ the resort grounds are absolutely stunning. My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised to discover that the resort has been thoughtfully designed to feel part of the rainforest. Everywhere you look there are giant boulders, gurgling clear streams, ancient trees and hidden trails that make you feel you are walking deep in a forest. All you hear are the birds and the water rushing in the streams! We have travelled all over China, and this is the quietest, most authentic feeling nature spot we have ever experienced. In addition, there are so many hot springs you can choose to relax in, or you can use the hot spring attached to your balcony! The restaurant has a good variety and we liked everything we ordered, it was fresh and flavorful, we tried the pork ribs and braised tofu, both delicious, but the green coconut filled buns were a perfect ending! The lobby staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us all kinds of upgrades! You can get pickup on the carts anytime, but we preferred to walk and enjoy the beauty, the resort grounds feel huge, but honestly its well designed so you can reach any spot in 5-10 minutes. Also, they have all kinds of activities you can join. We really enjoyed the rainforest walk, the lady from the Li family that conducted the walk was so lovely, we could tell she really had a connection to the forest and just radiated joy as she showed us all the plants, it was one of the highlights of our stay! Our room was clean, the sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. The view onto the palm forest was so relaxing to look at as we soaked in the spring. The infinity pool was spectacular, the setting is gorgeous and peaceful. The coconuts and dessert we ordered were really good, however, the drinks we ordered were awful and maybe they can get some more outgoing staff to work at the pool bar, maybe because it was winter time and less people are at the pool? Breakfast is served in a building that overlooks the river, there is ALL kinds of food, if you are a Westerner you can find fried eggs, toast, and pastries. But I recommend going to the area where fresh rice noodle is made for you on the spot, add toppings and fried eggs, it was delicious! There are some rustic areas to the resort- it feels a bit abandoned in areas, like its just too big to keep up with ie. Giant empty pools, some of the buildings look in desperate need of refurbishing, but overall we felt like the resort was truly beautiful and amenities really made this a great value for the price we paid. We are already planning to come back when we need a break from the city!

The room looks exactly like the pictures, truly living up to its 'Sunset Stroll' name. We booked the Sunset Stroll room, and sitting inside watching the sea was incredibly beautiful. Plus, the room gets wonderfully warm from the sun during the day. It's also super close to the beach; you're basically there the moment you step out. Our housekeeper provided exceptional service, helping with our luggage and parking the car. I even left my phone on a chair by the door, and the staff not only found it but also charged it for me – that was incredibly thoughtful. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir gift to take home to our family. Even though they were just snacks, you could tell how much heart the owners put into it. For afternoon tea, I chose hot tea and was pleasantly surprised it was warm ginger tea. I truly commend this place; they are very attentive. Friends visiting Haikou definitely shouldn't miss this – highly recommended! It's the front-row house for sea views, the closest to the ocean, truly one of a kind.

Beautiful resort with nice Hot pools and spacious rooms. Probably Best for locals in area. However not for foreign tourists yet. We should pay on reception, buylt courd not change a currency anyhow, in any bank - there are no such an options - you must have chinese ID and telephone number. Also it was an issue with a taxi each time - we should use local app, every time someone from hotel stuff helps us, good that they always was super fine l, helpful and friendly. First 2 rooms were nice, but cold, as located in shadow area of hotel. So we asked for Room in other sector. That one was sunny, but in smoking and loud area (works on a Garden, it was a paper with shedule in-Room). Many freebies were mentioned - we use free breakfast and cookies upon arrival. Attemps to events know more about the others were failed. Same with facilities - there are some bows & arrows on-site etc. - we did t really get how to join it. So, if you are local and speak the language - i highly recommend it, perfect for children as well. Otherwise be ready for some hassle. (its look like I am ready again!). Ps Own farm and plants are amazing!

Amy at the reservation center was very enthusiastic and introduced the activities during the May Day holiday. Fishing and shrimping, which my little friend really likes, was very fun. Informing in advance that we can take the transfer point bus for free at the transfer station avoided a lot of embarrassment. Especially Amy was very careful to remind us to pay attention to the weather and take good sun protection. It was a very considerate service. I will come to Boao next time.

Whenever I want to eat seafood, I always like to go to Maniao. The first choice for staying is Lingao Country Garden Golden Beach. The hotel should have been opened for more than ten years. The hotel facilities are well maintained and the service level is excellent. This year, it was quite unexpected that a staff member contacted me in advance the day before check-in, and arranged a room for me in advance and upgraded it. Thank you very much. I hope that the service level can be maintained for a long time. There are not many good hotels on the west line of Hainan.

Came here because of its reputation Stayed here for 3 days. Oil vehicles are not allowed to enter the island (need to contact the hotel for transfer) Only new energy vehicles can go to the island~ The scenery from Boao Station to the hotel is very beautiful~refreshing~ From the back door of the hotel lobby, you can reach the main venue of the Boao Forum~very convenient. There is a golf course in the hotel~the slopes and vegetation are very beautiful~you can go for a walk when the sun goes down (it is very sunny, pay attention to sun protection) and you can also experience⛳️. The hotel rooms are fully equipped and the sea view room has a wide view. You can feel the sun bathing and the sea breeze on the balcony. Breakfast is on the first floor. There are both Chinese and Western food. It is very rich. You can walk downstairs to the swimming pool and open air♨️. ♨️It is worth experiencing. You can enjoy the sea view while soaking in the hot spring. There is also a duty-free shop on the first floor. You can get a 30% discount with your ID card and flight information. Items can be delivered to your home. The service is generally good. When you arrive, someone will help you take your luggage to the hotel room. The hotel is in a great location. It only costs 10-15 yuan to take a taxi to the beach. Very suitable for family travel, business travel, personal travel, etc.

Stepping onto the balcony, you're greeted by a stunning 'jellyfish sea' – the ocean view is absolutely breathtaking! The breakfast offers a delightful mix of Chinese and Western dishes, with a mountain of Hainanese noodles doused in flavorful sauce, a local specialty. You can also enjoy freshly squeezed juices. The room is incredibly spacious with panoramic sea views from every angle. The Chinese New Year activities were really fun too. Our butler, Serena, contacted us in advance and even upgraded our room. She was so attentive and enthusiastic during our stay. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance!

The hotel's location is excellent, with a beautiful sea view right from the window, and food delivery is available. During check-in, the front desk staff member, Wang Xiaomeng, saw we had elderly family and children with us and proactively helped us upgrade our room, which made our stay very comfortable. When checking out, Zhi Chao and Zheng Chaoyin were very efficient and professional. Moreover, Yana from the reservations department was incredibly helpful; she was still assisting us past 11 PM the night before our arrival, helping us find the best room and package. We are extremely satisfied!

The location is great, with plenty of food, drink, and entertainment options nearby. It's about a 1km+ walk to Qilou Old Street, across the street and through the park, which takes about half an hour. The hotel's special feature is the deep well hot spring, and indeed, after showering, my skin felt incredibly smooth and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offers various services like self-service laundry and airport transfers, and the breakfast is quite good. The downsides are that the bathroom had a slight odor, and there was some noise at night.
