The girls at the front desk were very enthusiastic, took the initiative to help with the luggage, served hot tea intimately, and carefully sent our luggage to the room. Every move made people feel warm. Due to the fatigue of the journey, plus we are older, we are not very skilled in washing machine operation. After the hotel staff learned, they took the initiative to take our clothes to the seventh floor to clean and dry, and also intimately let us go back to the room to rest. "I paid for a hotel stay and barely got any sleep the entire night. The soundproofing was abysmal. There was a couple living next door, and the noise was like the four of us sharing a room. I found it hilarious myself. At 12 PM, the neighbors checked in and kept talking, but you can't restrict others from talking, right? The soundproofing was abysmal. They kept chatting until 3 PM, when they died down, and I couldn't get any sleep. Around 3:30 PM, I was startled awake by a knock on my door. I contacted the platform to report it and had the hotel check the security cameras. After checking out, nothing was done. Then, at 5 PM, there was another knock on the door. It was the door next door, but it sounded like my own door! I heard a bang bang bang noise most of the night, and I didn't know if it was coming from the billiard room on the 3rd floor. My neighbor got up at around 9 o'clock, so I woke up too. Then the neighbor checked out and I planned to sleep a little longer, but after checking out, the aunt was cleaning the room next door and it was so loud that I woke up again. After the cleaning, around 11 o'clock, I woke up again with the sound of an electric drill that was being renovated at the fish restaurant downstairs... From beginning to end, the hotel didn't even apologize. It was Ctrip that arranged a refund and apology for me. Who wouldn't be afraid of noise? This hotel is cheap and has a good value for money!"
