Find 4-Star Hotels in Alar

Tahe Guest House is conveniently located, very close to the 359 Travel Tunken Memorial Hall of the Internet Red Land, and there are more parking spaces in the yard (shared with the surrounding properties). Because it was high temperature, I proposed to give the room to the back sun. As a result, there was a hotel's largest suite (130 square meters). The manager decided to upgrade us. It was a bit of a surprise. The hotel's air conditioning is good and the rooms are clean and tidy. The front desk clerk Wang Meng (we insisted that she report the name) service was very good, took the initiative to send luggage to the room, and introduced some specific functions in the room. In addition, the front desk clerk saw that there were guests coming in and said hello, very polite. Let the guests who come to Aral really feel the tradition of 359 travel. Recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, the room is quiet and not noisy, and the office rest is not wrong. The network speed is smooth and stable, clean and tidy, the front desk service is efficient and capable, the overall simplicity is atmospheric, and the first choice for business travel.

Facilities: When I was traveling, I heard that it was a new hotel with new supporting facilities. Both the front desk lady and the room cleaning service were very enthusiastic. This hotel is really worth it. Cleanliness: The room was very spacious and bright, the bed was comfortable, the hygiene was very clean, and it was quiet at night so I had a good sleep. Environment: The location is convenient and the environment is beautiful. There is a big park outside the window, which is so beautiful. Service: The hotel staff's service attitude is warm and thoughtful, and they proactively provide help in a timely manner, which makes people feel warm.

It is very important to have good front desk service. I chose Tahe Guanlan Hotel because of its beautiful environment. The rooms are indeed large, clean and comfortable. But let’s complain about the logistics support staff. Are they slacking off because of the low wages offered by the hotel? ! Or the ”uncle” raised by the hotel? ! As soon as I checked in, I discovered that the toilet in the guest room was not draining smoothly. I first reported the toilet problem to the room service staff, but no one came to fix it after waiting for half an hour. Then I went to the front desk to report the problem, and the front desk urged me. After waiting another 20 minutes, no one came to fix it. Finally, a friendly young lady at the front desk changed my room, which calmed my anxiety. On the way to change rooms, I met the ”uncle” who came to fix the toilet and he looked very impatient... I wonder if the hotel leadership can see my review (and what measures will be taken). Let’s talk about it. I’m satisfied with the accommodation. I’m satisfied with the front desk service who later changed my room. I’m satisfied with the breakfast. The faults are not hidden, so I give it a five-star rating.
