Really nice hotel for the price. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room well equipped. The hotel has a beautiful interior, nice bar and roodtop area. The only slightly negative remark is that the wifi is very complicated to connect to and kept on disconnecting when you switch off the TV . This is quite inconvenient. There is a dishwasher in the room, but no dishwashing soap.. Maybe on purpose? Overall a very nice stay and recommendable.

The location is excellent, just a 1-minute walk from the subway station. There are also many different hotels nearby, and the subway station itself has a supermarket and eateries. What I loved most is the self-service everything, which is perfect for travelers who value their personal space. All operations are done via phone, including opening the hotel door and room door. The common area has a kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and even free Fanta or German soda. More importantly, there's a filtered hot and cold water dispenser and a sparkling water machine, so you can fill your water bottle for free! It's very clean. The only downsides are that the water pressure is a bit weak, and for ladies, I'd recommend bringing your own shampoo as they only provide a single shampoo-body wash combo.

The apartment is located near the main train station and it takes less than 5 minutes to get there. It is convenient to take the subway, train or to the airport. As for the main attractions, it takes no 20 minutes to walk. The apartment has a large unit area, a single bedroom bed can accommodate 2 people, and there are 3 single beds in the lobby. The unit is located on the 4th floor unilaterally, the view is good, there are several supermarkets nearby, it is very convenient to buy items to cook by yourself. This time I bought breakfast. Although it is not a buffet, the price is not bad. It is provided by the cafe downstairs and it is worth a try.

We had a very pleasant stay at Koos Hotel und Apartments. The apartment was spacious, especially for a 3-bedroom setup, which made it very comfortable for our group. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking and reheating meals. The beds were of excellent quality, providing great comfort and a good night’s sleep. The room was also very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Another highlight is the location—it is very close to the Old Town, making it extremely convenient to explore the area. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay.

Personal experience is not bad, self-service is smooth, you can also store luggage, the surrounding environment is good, there is no front desk to meet other people who can't open the door with the PIN code. Breakfast 15 euros is more general

The hotel is lovely, comfortable, clean, and very well-located. The only uncomfortable thing was that I traveled with my 14-year-old son, and I specified him in the booking. They gave us a very nice room, but it had a transparent shower *outside* the bathroom. That was absolutely awkward. Otherwise, I am more than satisfied.

I stayed here temporarily to work on a paper. The footsteps upstairs were incredibly loud, I'm not sure if it was the stairs or something else. The room itself was a nice studio, well-decorated and laid out, but it smelled of new construction and cooking. Check-in was quite easy, but the room didn't even have a deadbolt. People often gathered to smoke outside the entrance downstairs. I wouldn't really recommend it for single women who are easily scared. It's right next to OEZ, so shopping is quite convenient. It's a very cheap hotel, and for the price, the environment was decent. The sheets had some dirty spots, I don't think they'd been changed. I just shook them off and went back to sleep…

AI only ability to act like they are listening but didn't get things fixed. Shower faucet broken and wasted my time inform hotel and a persoanl admin respond and try to fix on the third day. it's a little too late. Also, i asked if there will be free bottle waters and AI said yes. when i'm back to the second room and can't find it in the utility room. AI said sorry. only welcome water on the first day. Horrible AI experience and quite annoying. Another down side is the neighbor hood doesn't look clean and safe for female guests. However, room is clean and comfy enough.

The room is quite spacious, although there is no air conditioning but heating, and electric fans are also provided. The location is near the park and the environment is quite quiet. However, there is no subway station, you need to take a bus to go out, and there are fewer restaurants nearby.

Overall the hotel was great, a little out of the main city centre, but a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, with about a 20-minute train ride to the city centre.
