"This is a pleasant and spacious hotel. Although there's no refrigerator, we've found that's often the case in other European hotels we've stayed at. There's no parking lot, and the road for loading and unloading luggage is narrow and complicated, which can be a bit challenging, but it's something we can overlook."

"The location was one of its biggest strengths for us. The hotel is only one bus stop away from Munich Messe, or about a five-minute drive if you're coming by car. For anyone attending an exhibition or event there, it makes the early mornings and long days feel much more manageable. Another thing that stood out was just how clean and well maintained the hotel felt. You could tell that some parts of the property, such as the carpets, had been there for quite a few years, but they were looked after remarkably well. Rather than feeling worn, the hotel gave the impression of being carefully maintained and respected by the people running it. I also appreciated the little touches in the lobby. There were refreshments available for both adults and children—ice cream, cookies, and drinks—which added a welcoming atmosphere to the space. It was one of those simple gestures that makes a hotel feel more hospitable and less transactional. The gym being open 24 hours a day was another unexpected bonus. Whether arriving late after a long day or wanting an early workout before heading out, having that flexibility was genuinely useful. For those arriving by car, the free parking directly in front of the hotel was another convenience that shouldn't be underestimated, especially around Munich where parking can quickly become expensive or complicated. The only less positive part of our stay was an interaction at the front desk. One of the gentlemen working there came across as somewhat impatient and a little abrupt. To be fair, the hotel was fully booked during our visit, and it was easy to imagine that the workload and constant stream of guests might have been contributing factors. Still, it stood out slightly against what was otherwise a very positive experience."

"Would visit again, location was nice there was shops and food options nearby but some of the street we had to cross were major roads. Everything about the room was amazing and staff was nice but only issue is the sink was kind of blocked. Granted we didn’t call for it to be fixed as we were only staying for two days and it was still sort of working"

"The rooms have air conditioning, but the restaurant wasn't open during breakfast. This place is perfect for those traveling by car, as the parking lot is quite spacious. The entrance and garden are adorned with beautiful hydrangeas, and opening the window in the room offers a lovely view of lush greenery. It's very comfortable. The room is quite large, and I particularly loved the small cabinet in front of the toilet, perfect for placing your phone – a very thoughtful design! In the evenings, the ground floor transforms into a lively and busy restaurant. It's ideal for guests attending exhibitions or on business trips. However, I wouldn't recommend it for solo female travelers arriving late at night and relying on the subway. The walk from the subway station to the hotel passes by three strip clubs (or what appeared to be, given the many bikini-clad women in photos). While the area is generally safe, and the other side is a business district, I admit I felt a little uneasy walking to the hotel by myself the first night. The next day, I opted for a taxi."

"Pros: Great location—10-min walk to the train station and a big mall. Clean, comfortable room with a nice bathroom and tea/coffee machine. Checkout was quick and easy. Cons: Check-in was slow—arrived at 1:45pm but room wasn't ready until 3pm. Understaffed front desk with long queues. Only one complimentary water bottle for 2 nights, fridge wasn't plugged in, and pillows were too flat. No phone directory to call reception, which was frustrating. Breakfast costs €21 and includes omelet station. Verdict: Decent for business if you're patient, but don't expect 4-star service."

"Unbeatable value for money. The room was spacious and the shower was great. There's an amazing cafe right next door and a fantastic Italian restaurant just a 5-minute walk away. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center. I'll definitely be back!"

"The room is clean and matches the photos. It is on the smaller side (there were limited space for luggage) but it is perfect for solo travellers or students. The bathroom is bright and clean, but there are issues with the shower, though. The water temperature sometimes fluctuates wildly. The reception staff is friendly. It has been a good stay."

"It's a pretty nice hotel. It's close to the central station and easy to get to. Compared to other cities, the reception is also friendly. However, the noise from the nearby rooms is quite loud, which can be quite stressful. Also, when I was taking a shower, the water got cold, and I thought I would freeze in the cold."

"Love the comfort in this place. The convenience of moving around and also the distance from Marientplatz and Englischen Garten. The convenience of travelling by train too when off to sightseeing. Nearby bakery and doner shop for food and breakfast is great. Room is clean. accessible by elevator. Comfortable enough for solo travellers. However requested for Non-smoking room but almost every night room smells of cigarettes smoke. Not sure if the smell comes from the ground floor or comes from ventilation of other rooms. Overall stay is comfortable except for the cigarettes smell."

"Me and a friend spent 2 nights over at the Leonardo hotel in Arabellapark, our stay was nothing but terrific. The hotel is in a fantastic location close to many transport links which makes it really accessible. As well as this, they have a lot of incredible staff who were very welcoming and friendly during our stay. A massive thankyou to Emily,Heiko, Chiara, Jenny, Olena, and Perez who helped us massively with the issue we had, we will be back!!"
