Palermo Apartments

The room was clean and tidy. Very small hotel, the service staff is very warm. The hotel is conveniently located opposite the Opera House. It is a few minutes away from attractions or shopping streets.

We're repeat guests at this place, and everything is still at the same high standard. Gianluca really makes an effort to maintain quality. It's stylish, clean, and comfortable. I think if we come back to Palermo, we'll definitely stay here again.

the stay was amazing! the host and staff are very helpful and nice people! the location is definitely one of the best things, super convenient. the facilities look and feel recently renovated and the room was clean. the host even shared some food recommendations very close to the hotel and all were amazing! they were also very helpful in booking airport transfer for us and was great service and very cost effective. overall is very good value. i would highly recommend this stay.

Hotel was conveniently located with many great restaurants nearby - the ones recommended by the hotel was amazing! Very new, very clean, very large but well taken care of. The staff was attentive (thank you, Andrea!) and the entire experience for my 5 days here was amazing! Really enjoyed my time here and would love to stay at other Planeta hotels in the future.

The Facilities were superb.Staffs were really nice and friendly.

Location surrounding is crap. I went by navigator with a suitcase from central railway station about 15 min because the roads are not for suitcases, cracked pavement everywhere. It’s better to take a car or tram 1 for 2 stops from railway. It’s really apartment in a crap residential building. 3rd floor (like 4tth) without a lift with narrow stairs with no lighting in the evening. You don’t see where insert 3 keys in locks (3doors to enter). My room faced the noisy busy road. There 2 rooms inside, looks nice, no microwave, but clean. Area looks dangerous in the evening. Owner lady is nice and helpful. She tries to do her best!
