The service staff was very enthusiastic. Our tour guide was waiting downstairs. I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is very good in the city centre which is convenient to any place. The airport bus pick up point is about 5 mins walk. The staffs in the reception are very friendly and helpful. Lots of deserts in breakfast and the waiters are lovely too. It’s nice to have a drink in the top floor in the evening.

The European breakfast is so-so, there is nothing wrong with it, the breakfast room on the top floor is not small, the service is friendly.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The only problem was that the hotel did not have its own parking lot. It went around several times. If the hotel can directly write a parking lot name, it will solve the problem.

With a heatwave hitting throughout my 3-day stay, the best decision I could have made was to choose this hotel specifically for its pool – and boy, did we enjoy it! The atmosphere was super chill, complete with a DJ, the lush surrounding garden, and the perfectly tempered water. Drinks and food were readily available in the common areas. Sun loungers were plentiful and well-positioned. Breakfast was fabulous, offering a wide and comprehensive variety to suit all tastes, including juices, fresh fruit, cold cuts, hot dishes, omelettes, and naturally, excellent coffee! Leo's attentiveness, and indeed that of the entire staff, was exceptional. The room and bathroom were tastefully decorated in a modern style, featuring a decent wardrobe and space for a table, armchair, and a good TV. We slept like angels. Everything was very clean. The only truly unpleasant aspect was the persistent smell of drains, which hints at the age of the renovated building. There was always plenty of parking available, and although it's about a 12-15 minute walk from the center of Palermo, I'd say it's a fantastic and strategic location. Highly Recommended!
