"The hotel is beautiful for three stars. It is on foot from the beach in the resort area of Montello. Without extra charge, you can use the gym, rent bikes, get beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, even after you are evicted from the room. The suitcases can be left at the reception and go to the beach. Back and able to take a shower in the shower, towels were also provided. Beverages and snacks in the rooms are free. Rooms are clean and clean, room and bathroom are spacious. There is an air conditioner. Breakfast was also good. Stayed delighted with the hotel."

2233689****The customer service is good. Because the pool in the room was leaking, the staff tried their best to make arrangements. Finally, we stayed in a sea view room, opposite Piazza Italia. The restaurant's cuttlefish noodles are delicious and the service is good. There is a problem with sound insulation in rooms close to the road

AAmandaM 2025Self-check-in room is very good, there is a large terrace on the third floor, the sea view is beautiful Service is very good. The hotel has its own parking lot. 10 euros a night. There are many restaurants nearby. There are more seafood. Watching the sunset by the sea.

GGuest UserMy room was in the basement, and the first floor (seemed like maybe staff moving furniture around?) was very noisy after midnight. Lots of footsteps, talking, and the sound of moving furniture. It went on for hours both nights. I was also woken up at 8am my first day by someone knocking on my door. I assume it was the maid, but i can’t be sure. It was way too early to expect to be able to clean a room. The bed was hard and creaky (there were three beds in my room, not sure why as I booked a room with a single queen bed) with no real blanket. It was fairly clean, though there was some hair in the sink and shower that did not belong to me. The shower was the biggest problem as it was a fairly narrow stall shower, and the drain needs to be cleaned out - the shower flooded after just a few minutes. The furniture is all very old, and the lighting in the room was incredibly dim. It did not feel inviting or look anything like the pictures in the listing. The location is nearly an hour’s walk from Palermo Centrale and in another direction, nearly an hour’s walk from the Palazzo Butera. Unless you just want to visit the beach, it is not convenient at all. Even just buying water was a chore with the closest shop being about a quarter mile away. The city tax listed on Trip is incorrect. You will need to pay three euros per day. Overall, I would not stay here again.

GGuest UserThe environment and service is wonderful, but there is a club across the street.about 200 meters away. So you can expect VERY loud music when they have party. AND in Italy it’s allow for loud music until midnight. Don’t even try to sleep early here.
