Personal servicial y atento: Desde recepción hasta el personal del restaurante, todos fueron muy amables y proactivos. "This hotel is very clean and nicely designed, feeling more like a studio apartment than a typical hotel room. It has a well-equipped kitchen, making it great for longer stays. The TV is positioned in a way that allows you to watch comfortably from the bed or couch. Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff speak English and are very helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The only downside is that the bathroom doesn’t have a full door—just a half-glass partition—so water can easily get outside. However, the hotel is in a safe area in Cali, and for the price, it’s an amazing place to stay. Highly recommended!"

I stayed at HYPE STATES Cali and was very satisfied with my experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well equipped — there is a kitchen, a comfortable bed, a balcony, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Everything was very clean, and the interior looks new and thoughtfully designed. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Check-in was quick and smooth. The location is also excellent — the hotel is in a good area of the city, with restaurants, attractions, and nice places to walk nearby. I would also like to highlight the stable Wi-Fi and the cozy atmosphere — perfect both for relaxing and for working. There is also a small pool and a terrace where it’s nice to relax after a busy day. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Cali: comfortable rooms, a good location, and attentive staff. I would happily stay here again and can confidently recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The front desk staff did not take the initiative, the hotel seemed to be newly decorated, the room smell did not seem to run away, the other is very good. The decor style is very personal, the breakfast is great, the environment is very good, I like it very much.
