SSefa Yurttaş”Otel konum olarak gerçekten mükemmel bir yerde. Şehrin merkezine ve gezilecek yerlere oldukça yakın, aynı zamanda sessiz ve huzurlu bir ortam sunuyor. Otelin her köşesi tertemizdi, hijyen konusunda son derece titizler. Odalar modern dizayn edilmiş, mobilyalar yeni ve konforlu. Banyosu pırıl pırıldı, mis gibi kokuyordu. Klima, TV, Wi-Fi gibi olanaklar sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Kahvaltı tam anlamıyla harikaydı. Geniş bir açık büfe sunuluyor; taze sebzeler, çeşitli peynirler,sıcak seçenekler .Her sabah keyifle güne başladık. Personel çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Resepsiyondan temizlik görevlilerine kadar herkes güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve işini severek yapıyor. Her talebimiz hızlı ve nazik bir şekilde karşılandı. Bu kadar kaliteli hizmetin böylesine uygun bir fiyata sunulması gerçekten takdire şayan. Genel olarak konfor, temizlik, konum, kahvaltı ve hizmet kalitesi açısından beklentimin çok üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadım. Bundan sonraki seyahatlerimde ilk tercihim olacak. GGuest UserA wonderful cozy hotel! Welcome staff. You can order a transfer from airport/to airport, the price of 35 euros, perfectly adequate, Uber showed even more expensive. Just contact the hotel in advance about the transfer. When you leave the hotel, if you turn left to the river, the boat station and the ferry, on them you can move to the other shore, walk, look at the ruins of the ancient city, buy from the local grandmother grenade sauce.

MMarina BodreevaIf you think of the price, it's great. The room is simple but everything worked. Breakfast is also normal (the coffee would still be good but it is not). Walk to the embankment nearby. Resting ”young” people 70+, but quiet and measured.

GGuest UserЧудесный отель, всё продумано до мелочей для комфортного отдыха. В номере чайник, чай, кофе, халаты, идеально чистое постельное белье. В ванной комнате цветочки стоят, мелочь, но приятно. Внизу у бассейна отдельные полотенца для лежаков. Проживали с 18-21 апреля, народу не много, работ пылесос каждый день чистил бассейн, персонал реагирует на любую просьбу. Ухоженная территория, да бассейн приятно удивил, длина 50 м правда с изгибом, но поплавать можно.

TtimmocooperI understand why the Lorend is getting such good reviews. I spent 2 nights there. Rooms are small, but well thought out to maximise the space, centrally located, but quiet. Breakfast is a perfect Turkish feast, and the staff exceptional. Highly recommend, and I will definitely return.

AaleprenIt's in a very beautiful place. It wasn't bad at breakfast. The workers are giving you answers to all your questions, and we're happy to go back. There is no refrigerator in the rooms, but the store you can buy cold drinks is available just in front of the facility.

GGuest UserA beautiful hotel near the embankment. From the balcony, the view of the tomb and the central street. The staff is very welcoming. You feel like home. Breakfast on the terrace on the roof. The view is excellent. The room is spacious enough comfort. No special drawbacks have noticed.

Ttimmocooper4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work. I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed. Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied). My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area. That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept. The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail. It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest. I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.
