Motion lights are installed for your safety, by the front and patio doors.There are a minimum of 3 steps to access the deck and home. We also have a gas grill and prep station on the deck, located right off the dining room.INTERIOR*Main Floor: living room with wood burning stove, dining room, kitchen, one full bath with tub, laundry room with washer/dryer, and one bedroom. We run on septic, so absolutely NO flushing any item that is not waste or toilet paper. This means no Kleenex. Even "flushable items" will cause an issue.-There will be spotty cell service. Verizon works best, but it’s always a good idea to check your destination before departing to or from the cabin. Our WiFi works incredibly well!-We are in the mountains, which means you are among bears, deer, mountain lions, coyotes, and other wildlife. Absolutely NO leaving food/drinks of any kind in your vehicle. We will not be held responsible for damages caused by wildlife encounters.- We provide a bear bin on property. All trash and recycling goes to the bear bin at the front of the driveway, secured shut and flag up for pick up. Trash day is Thursday morning.-NO smoking, vaping of any kind on the premises. We are in a very high wildfire danger area.-No additional guests or pets. The two bedrooms downstairs have queen beds and the bedroom upstairs has a king size bed. The loft area is ideal for the kids to play one of many provided board games, play foosball. The cabin features two flat screen TV's one upstairs for gaming and one downstairs where Wi-Fi streaming is available for all of your TV pleasures.
