HHanyangyuAbsolutely in line with the five-star standard hotel, although the hotel's pool is a bit small, but my favorite breakfast and service made me very satisfied. The breakfast is very rich, the hand-washed latte and cappuccino are very fragrant, and the dishes are rich in variety. This is what a five-star hotel should look like. From the beginning of your stay, you can feel the enthusiasm of all employees. They are willing to share their work with you. There is also a bottle of mineral water that is provided every day. This is rare in foreign countries. I am pushing 😙.

GGuest UserAs of June 2025, the hotel is in very good condition. This is a higher-quality than average hotel, although not luxury. Finishings, designs, rooms and maintenance are higher/better than usual. The pool/pathways areas are impecable. Bushes perfectly trimmed, not a leave or fallen flower on the floor. Beautiful and cared for daily. June is a great moment to come to Mallorca as it is already very warm/hot enough to crave pool and beach but not hot enough you don't want to walk around. Also, the amount of people is very reasonable. Come July/August, things change and crowds make everything less enjoyable. Front is nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet (in my case I paid for the immense convenience) fantastic.
The beach is a 3-minute walk from the side exit door, just crossing the main street. The beach is fantastic, clean and it barely has any weeds. However, although we did not have issues to find a space, I don't want to be there in July/August as there are around 100 ft from water to the back and I bet it will be more difficult to find a space with a crowd. Hotel location is great as it is right in the main street with plenty food and the typical ”everything” stores within walking distance. We stayed 5 days and didn't need to take the car to go have dinner. The rate was also higher than average but there are plenty reasons why it is fair. Overall, very happy with the stay and every aspect of the hotel.

GGuest UserIt's great! I booked a single room for two meals when traveling alone. There are the following advantages for reference:
1. Great location and car-free friendly. In Alcudia, it is very convenient to go back and forth from the bus terminal/airport in the center of Palma, and the bus is directly accessible! In addition, the beach they reach on foot is also very beautiful jelly sea.
2. The facilities are very good and the environment is clean. There are tables and small refrigerators. The bed is the wide single bed in the picture, and it is not formal to sleep! The bathroom prepared bath towels for me. The terrace is beautiful, with double tables and chairs and drying racks. There is a beautiful lake downstairs, a swimming pool, and singing and dancing activities in the bar area at night. For me, it was great to just enjoy the sunset on the terrace alone.
3. The meal is convenient and the choice is wide. I choose to include breakfast and dinner, no longer have to spend my brain to choose what to eat; I still go out to eat at noon, taking into account the fun of finding food. The picture shows a buffet dinner and breakfast I ate.
4.Staff service is good. They are friendly. For example, I stayed late and dinner was closed, but the front desk and back chef prepared extra dinner for me, thanks for their extra effort!

TTroy BaoThe front desk was very good and gave two large bottles of water. I was worried that I could not buy water in the wilderness, so I didn't have to worry. The room was small but clean, there was a small balcony but it was not used, the backyard of the hotel was the beach, but the rain was not good that day, and the hotel was not blamed. The luggage storage was also smooth, the staff smiled and served, overall good.
