"The hotel stayed for two nights , very convenient , on a short trip that the hotel is just opposite the station . No noise at all , and time saving is large. Also near the center , beautiful churches, channels , there is a cafe. The hotel offers a good breakfast. I liked that you allowed an earlier settlement , so no one was standing over the soul for every minute when you evacuated , it was very convenient . Good bed, neat bathroom and toilet , all simple and elegant , but clean and comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to other travelers, combined with the price - ayat is worthy."

李李李圓園The location is good, just across the bridge is the Notre Dame Cathedral. However, if you drive by yourself, only licensed vehicles can enter the area near the hotel.
It is renovated on a historical building. The exposed wooden building is very unique and the experience is good. Although there is no elevator, there are staff who take the initiative to help carry luggage upstairs.
Street parking in Strasbourg is very expensive, 3.5 euros an hour; hotel parking lot 30 euros a day; the hotel introduced a nearby parking lot, parking for about 16 hours, 16 euros.

YysunExcellent location, super convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. The decor is new, the room amenities are well-designed and easy to use, and they even provide Clarins toiletries. Breakfast is quite generous by European standards. I stayed on the top floor; the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and there was a faint kitchen smell in the mornings, but everything else was perfectly fine. The deposit was refunded very quickly. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

KKkaatteebbThis is a difficult hotel to review. The rooms we originally booked did not match the rooms that we were allocated. I understand that the hotel is an old building with a variety of styles of rooms, but the advertising is very misleading. With the help of the wonderful gentleman at the front desk, Noam(?), we shared our complaint and were given different rooms that were much better. Noam went above and beyond to make us feel accommodated and welcome throughout our stay. One thing to note is that the property doesn’t have USB charging points, so you will need an adapter. Finally, we did have a fire alarm that was very laissez faire (I ran down the WOODEN fire escape stairs in my socks to find the hotel staff (an older gentleman) not really doing a lot - and not really explaining what was going on) and the fire escape had A LOT of cleaning supplies and furniture that in a real situation would have cost lives - I do think this is something the property needs to rectify immediately.

GGuest UserVery close to the train station. A little far from the old city center, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk there. The attractions are relatively concentrated.
The room is not big. After all, why would you need a bicycle in this area? The hygiene is OK. There is no bottled water in the room. You can go to the lobby to get water in a glass bottle and bring it to the room. There is also free coffee.
It was written on Ctrip that the room has a small refrigerator, but I found that it was not there when I actually checked in.
The breakfast is OK. The breakfast at Mercure has always been OK, but I have to complain about the Asian female employee in charge of breakfast. She greeted all white customers with a smile and said hello after the meal, but when I left and passed by her, she seemed to see nothing.
The other service staff were very good, very warm and friendly, but they spoke French by default, hahaha

Efficient, lovely housekeeping staff. Walking distance to Strasbourg old town and train station. A comfortable stay with all the usual amenities of a four star property.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located—a 5-minute walk from the train station and an 8-minute walk to Place Kléber. The rooms are warm in winter and feature heated towel rails. Breakfast is good, lasting a long time from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., and they gave us a wonderful breakfast box for an early checkout. The reception is open 24 hours a day, and the staff is friendly and speaks Russian. Thanks to Alexey.

JJean MonI stayed for one night. The main things for me were the location near the center and the availability of breakfast. Both of these points were in this hotel, so I liked everything. The breakfast was variated, the dining area was large and comfortable, and there were no queues or crowds. The reception staff were very pleasant. The only small inconvenience were the room itself — there was no towel hook in the bathroom, and the room was quite small, but in my case this was not a problem. The positive aspects outweighed these shortcomings.
