__yt12199****The hotel's location is actually quite good, but there's a section of cobblestone road leading to it, making it difficult to drag luggage. If you have luggage, you can also reach the hotel via a nearby park-like gravel path. If you arrive at night, taxis won't get you to the hotel entrance; there are two roadblocks, and you'll have to drag your suitcase in. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and reusable slippers are provided. The staff are all kind and friendly. It's quite convenient for taking photos at the cathedral and Petite France in the early morning and evening.

GGuest UserI will recommend this hotel to everyone who will listen. I travel to Europe every 6 months. It was the first time I have been to Strasbourg and the 3rd time to France and I loved it. The most helpful and friendly staff absolutely wonderful place. The only disappointment was the gym, we are avid gym goers but we walked plenty to make up for it!!

DDingdingwulawuThe hotel has a small garden where you can eat. There is a free parking lot until check-out, which is before noon the next day. It is convenient to go to the scenic spots. The food is average, and there are fruit flies in the fruit area.

MMarina KotikNicely located best the train station and with the city center 10 minutes by foot. The hotel itself could use some renovation, it seemed old but okay for a short stay. As for the room, at first I was offered a wheelchair room, which had small windows, twin beds, was not cozy at all, and also lacked shower chair. So I asked to be provided with a superior studio that I initially booked :) The room was spacious, with double bed, mini kitchen, washing machine, fridge, dishes and some kitchen utensils. It was enough for a short stay. The one thing that surprised me was that toilet and bathroom were separated in different corners of the apartment: toilet at the entrance door, and bathroom next to the bed, so you need to turn around three corners to wash your hands 🤪
But the staff was helpful and overall I was satisfied with my stay. Thanks!

There's a supermarket nearby, and the hotel offers a decent breakfast. For the price, it's really good value for money. GGuest Userno electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

DDadanThe room is large and clean. It is fully equipped, with kitchenware and a gas stove. It is on the 7th floor with a large terrace where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the view. It is located in the city center, with many attractions within a 15-minute walk and a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The landlord is very enthusiastic and picked us up on time. There is a garage. The only problem is that there are not many spare quilts.

GGuest UserNot very clean, very small bathroom, literally behind the curtain corner is a shower, and right next to it is a toilet. The exhaust hood doesn't work, they forgot to give us towels, we had to run for them ourselves. Not very nice bed linen, and we covered ourselves with a sheet with a hole of about 1×2-3 cm. The fan works with a strange sound when turned, there is no refrigerator, the room is stuffy and the audibility is strong. It is quite suitable for an overnight stay, I would not stay for long
