"The hotel's location and room conditions are 5/5, service 1/5. We had some problems checking in because the city tax had to be paid by card (this hadn't been mentioned anywhere before). When we were told that neither we nor our friends had a card, the manager only offered to cancel the reservation, as the rest wasn't his problem. They didn't even try to solve the problem on their end (sending a link to pay by card didn't solve the problem).
The funniest thing is that the city tax is 3 €, but the stress for the guest is like 300 €.
The shampoo in the room ran out during the first shower, some pieces of furniture were covered in dust, it was obvious that either they weren't cleaning it or the guests weren't using it.
I recommend this hotel only for one night for the Ferrari Museum."

I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom, as well as the convenient and modern digital entry system. Communication with the property was smooth, and the check-in instructions were easy to understand. While it's a bit far from the city center, overall, it was a satisfying stay.
