Mazatlan Hotels with Bars

Excellent customer service. They provide us with useful information that we didn’t know we needed. Everyone was extremely kind and good at their job.

At our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel), We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back

This hotel is my favorite in Mazatlán to go with my family, it is very pleasant the place, very friendly staff, a quiet place to rest, the restaurant the exquisite buffet, the Sundays of very tasty brunch. The hotel staff were very empathetic, very good receptionists. The guards are very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi are very comfortable and have warm water. If you can go to the beach. I didn't get to try the hotel food.
